Ubicación conveniente, habitación nada lujosa ni excepcional.

La ubicación muy conveniente para asistir a eventos en el Simón Bolivar y el Movistar Arena, personal de limpieza y recepción muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno bajó demasiado la calidad con respecto a la anterior estadía, indican que la hora de desayuno finaliza a las 9:30am pero a las 9:00am ya no hay nada, las sábanas y paños están muy viejos y se ven como sucios, la habitación que nos asignaron tenía un baño diminuto (402).

Lo mejor es la ubicación respsecto del movistar arena, los desayunos deliciosos, y sobre todo la resopnsabilidad del personal, fueron muy generosos, teniendo en cuenta que se nos quedó un anillo de oro, lo guardaron y nos lo entregaron.
