Pros:

Very friendly owners, great hospitality. A late 70's to beginning of 80's establishment. The bathroom is in immediate need of remodeling. Maybe a new mattress.

De som jobbet på hoteller var veldig hyggelige! Jeg reiste alene og en kveld kom de opp med hjemmelaget dessert og aprikosdrikk. Men det var ikke rent på rommet da jeg kom. Så ikke ut som det var nøye rengjort på en stund. Veldig Basic standard, nærme stranda og buss som tar 5 min til sentrum. Det var supert

Great little place to stay by the sea
Pros:

I spent a few weeks in Skopelos and didn't want anything too pricey and found this place. It was the price and distance from the beach that did it for me. You're about 300-400 meters from the nicest beach on the island so every morning it's a great way to start the day. Facilities are basic but for the price I was very pleased. I'm not one for spending too much time in the hotel anyway. The ladies that run the hotel were extremely welcoming and super helpfully. I forgot to book my taxi when leaving and the mother went out of her way, calling up all her taxi driver friends to pick me up and she wouldn't have it any way. Every day you were greeted with smiles and I loved staying there. A taxi takes 5-10 mins to the centre and the bus stop is maybe 50 meters away. Great views and very relaxing.

For anyone that wants a cheaper alternative I would definitely recommend.
