A beautiful hotel in a lovely town - you won't be disappointed if you stay here.
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty and there were a great deal of options to choose from. There weren't any issues being seated, and the period of time that breakfast was available worked well.

Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption sowie ihre Kollegin im Frühstücksraum waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Kaffee hat hervorragend geschmeckt, und das Frühstück war insgesamt sehr gut – alles frisch und von hoher Qualität. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt.

La estética en general del hotel es muy bonita, la ubicación y el desayuno.

El trato del personal fue muy bueno, pero nos dio la sensación que eran un poco despistados, ya que le comentamos que llegábamos mas tarde de las 22:00 por lo que nos hicieron realizar el Cheking Online, y el mismo dia de la llegada sobre las 19:00 horas le tuvimos que indicar que no habíamos recibido las indicaciones para entrar en la habitación, su respuesta fue que cuando llegáramos hacíamos el cheking de forma presencial, pero ellos ya nos habían indicado que a esa hora no estaban, por lo que les tuvimos que recordar que nos habían indicado que llegábamos mas tarde de las 22:00 horas, y le tuvimos que pedir enérgicamente las indicaciones para entrar en el hotel.

Además, tuvimos un problema con el aparcamiento, hablamos con la chica de recepción, y esta en ningún momento mostro interés ninguno por ayudarnos.
