La estética en general del hotel es muy bonita, la ubicación y el desayuno.

El trato del personal fue muy bueno, pero nos dio la sensación que eran un poco despistados, ya que le comentamos que llegábamos mas tarde de las 22:00 por lo que nos hicieron realizar el Cheking Online, y el mismo dia de la llegada sobre las 19:00 horas le tuvimos que indicar que no habíamos recibido las indicaciones para entrar en la habitación, su respuesta fue que cuando llegáramos hacíamos el cheking de forma presencial, pero ellos ya nos habían indicado que a esa hora no estaban, por lo que les tuvimos que recordar que nos habían indicado que llegábamos mas tarde de las 22:00 horas, y le tuvimos que pedir enérgicamente las indicaciones para entrar en el hotel.

Además, tuvimos un problema con el aparcamiento, hablamos con la chica de recepción, y esta en ningún momento mostro interés ninguno por ayudarnos.

Schön, für einen kurzen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, Empore ähnliches Zimmer. Das Gebäude ist sehr antik, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das Personal war zu uns sehr nüchtern und unfreundlich.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das Frühstück war hervorragend auf alle Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Stil passt zum Ort.
