Charme suranné d'un vieil hôtel qui semble regretter la période où il devait être un vrai 5*

Evidemment le bâtiment historique est superbe, en hauteur avec une vue splendide pour ceux qui ont la chance de faire face à la mer. Vu le prix raisonnable, nous avions pris une suite.

Cons:

Je trouve le rapport qualité/prix assez raisonnable mais si vous cherchez le luxe vous êtes au mauvais endroit. L'hôtel n'est pas digne de ses 5 étoiles. Cela commence à la réception. Quand il y a quelqu'un, il ne semble pas parler le français. Nous avions par contre une télé gueulant des prières sur décors de la Mecque. Nous étions au-dessus du restaurant, où tous les soirs un orchestre traditionnel joue pour les 2-3 tables occupées. Chouette pour eux mais pour les résidents de l'hôtel c'est des bruits de tam-tam jusqu'à passé 23h. Quand vous savez que vous êtes à moins de 100 mètres de la mosquée, vous savez que la nuit va être courte avant la première prière. Les finitions des chambres n'ont pas pu être faites par des professionnels : les joints de la salle de bain sont à pleurer. Ça fait vraiment cheap. Dommage, cela pourrait être une superbe adresse mais on est loin des prestations d'un 5 étoiles. 3 me semble plus approprié.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la Medina y toda la parte centro. Es un hotel amplio, con jardines, salones, terrazas exteriores. El desayuno está todo buenísimo, y muy bien servido. Los camareros están siempre pendientes para atenderte en el desayuno. La habitación perfecta, grande y limpia.

A very comfortable stay at this historic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool lovely and breakfast and light menu served on the terrace good.
