Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Haus an sich und die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön.
Die Umgebung und vor allem die Aussicht ist wunderbar.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft wars recht kalt im Zimmer, wir habens gemeldet und die zentral gesteuerte Heizung wurde wieder aufgedreht.

Man sollte das automatische Check In / Check out System vielleicht noch verbessern.

Ich habe einen Tag vor Ankunft reserviert und habe insgesamt 20 Mails mit Aufforderung zum Check In( und Check out) bekommen.

Da ich meinen Reisepass aber nicht in eine Hotelapp hochladen möchte haben wir dann total unkompliziert vor Ort eingecheckt.

Everything. The place the room the breakfast the staff. Top class. All thank you for everything.

The wonderful lady owner came back to the hotel only for us to give us a better room. And didn’t have to do that. Much appreciated.

Buchung und Check-In
Cons:

Man wird sofort nach der Buchung mit E-Mails bombardiert. Täglich bis zu 6 E-Mails unverständlich in tschechischer Sprache.

Sogar am Tag des CheckOuts waren es 4 E-Mails.....
