Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, ich komme wieder
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Einzelzimmer mit bequemen Bett;
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und absolut ausreichend, leckeres Brot und kleine Semmeln, Wurst, Käse, diverse Marmeladen , Rührei- sehr lecker;
Toller Ausblick vom Balkon aus.

Cons:

Für bewegungseingeschrönkte Personen könnte es schwierig werden in die hohe Dusche reinzukommen;

Ein insektengitter vor der Balkontüre wäre toll

Miserable hotel experience made bearable by welcome in nearby restaurant & village.
Pros:

We were glad of the welcome and good meal we received at the restaurant just across the road which we booked directly and the friendly staff at the wine bar in the village during their festival, where we walked for a refreshing drink and some water when we couldn't get anything at the hotel. The position of the hotel 10 minutes walk from the village and off road spaces to park the car.

Cons:

We reserved the hotel in April with half board. Two days before arrival the hotel sent an email saying they do not serve dinner on Thursday nights. I rang them to ask if this applied to half board guests & was told yes. When I pointed out that Dinner bed and breakfast is on Booking.com for Thursday dates they blamed Booking.com. I challenged about the short notice timing of the hotel's email to tell us about the Ruhetag and the lady said she was away when we booked in April and didn't handle or see the reservation but noticed when she was planned the rooms etc. I said we had booked dinner as we have a long drive during the day & won't be arriving until late afternoon/early evening. It was now too late to cancel free of charge as inside time for paying regardless of whether we stayed. Again, she blamed Booking.com, said she doesn't know what is on their site & the info is on the hotel's website (why would we check if using Booking.com?). I asked for restaurant recommendations. She suggested two & said she could book when we arrived. We decided to phone the restaurant directly to remove any anxiety and ensure we had somewhere to eat. We arrived at 5.50pm & there were no staff on reception or anywhere - just two typed notes: for us and another guest, with room keys saying Reception closed at 5pm & where to find our rooms. There was no drinking water provided in our room and no suggestion of where we could get a drink. There were spot marks on a duvet and dust on the bathroom window sills - the only place to put a sponge bag. One of the sliding shower doors was partly off its hanging rail and came off when trying to use it. At breakfast we were given a registration card to fill in while trying to eat.

Pros:

Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Abendessen. Frühstück hat auch die Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Cons:

Fenster zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Heerlijk ontspannen en goed eten!
Pros:

Heel fijne kamer, netjes en rustig gelegen. Flexibekr aankomsttijd waardoor we in de ochtend al in de kamer konden en konden omkleden voor het skiën. Heerlijk ontbijt!

Cons:

Van de wellness was helaas alleen de sauna en infrarood in gebruik.

Rezeption mehrfach nicht besetzt, nicht sofort auffindbar. Wellnessbereich zwar nett, aber kalt. Nur die Saunen selbst waren geheizt

Keine 4 Sterne Ambiente und keine Tirolische Atmosphäre aber sehr teuer!!!

Sehr nette ausländische Personal und Sauna waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir sind mit kleinem Hund gekommen und wir müssen 18 Euro pro Nacht extra bezahlen (Versteckte Kosten) und wir dürfen mit Hund in der Hotelrestaurant am Abend nicht speisen!!! Leider der Hotel Besitzer Herr Michael Hollaus war sehr unfreundlich und wir haben "müssen "bei der Konkurrenz-Restaurant 50meter nebenbei (wo wir herzlich willkommen waren) fantastisches Abendessen genießen!

Das Frühstück war mit Ausnahme des Kaffees sehr gut und vielseitig. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Aktive empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und auch der Sauna Bereich ist nett gemacht. Perfekt um Ski laufen zu gehen oder wandern.
