W Bogota

One of the best hotel experiences ever. What a fabulous hotel and the most attentive and helpful staff. Very difficult to match these very high standards in hospitality excellence.

My room (suite 1206) was exquisite, very tastefully decorated with a touch of extravagance, so typical for W. The bed was made in heaven and was definitely one of the best I have slept in.

The huge gym was very very well equipped. The most welcoming and attentive gym and wellness area staff made the whole experience even more special.

The breakfast was great, with a lot of variety of items on offer and the freshest of the products.

On Friday night there was an organized cooking class for the local specialty arepas. The event was free for the hotel guests and it was a great and very well organized event. And immediately after there was a cocktail making and tasting workshop, lead by the friendliest and most amazing bar lady.

Moments like that and all the outstanding attention to the detail made the whole W Bogota experience truly unparalleled and unforgettable.

I had a great expriences with staffs there since they were always willing to help their guests as much as possible.
Especially I thank Camilo and Oscar who were almost my famiy to take care of me during the stay. I will definitely come back to W Bogota again!

We went for business and had an excellent stay. Everything was up to the expectations. All personnel very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a savory buffet of local and international dishes, fresh fruits and juices. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Across the street there are very nice restaurants (within walking distance) and felt very safe all the time. Would happily stay again!

The hotel is very beautiful! The staff were very kind all the time! The room was really nice, we stayed at the Suite Junior (906), the only thing we found strange is the bathroom was too small and it was inside the bedroom, normally the restrooms are in a separate place in hotels.
We really enjoyed watching the World cup in the big screen in the lounge, the drinks were delicious. A special thanks to Tati, Carolina, a gentleman from Cartagena, thanks to Alex, to the front desk staff. Everyone was top notch!

If you are going to Bogota, the W Hotel is the place to stay if you want luxury, safety, and 1st class service.

We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate a special occasion, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end.
What truly stood out was the outstanding service and genuine attention to detail. The Whatever/Whenever team made us feel special throughout our stay, anticipating our needs and ensuring everything was perfect.
The room we were given was amazing, and the team surprised us with several thoughtful touches: a handwritten card, delicious chocolates, and a personalized birthday message that made the celebration even more memorable.
A special thank you to Carol Suárez and Viviana Martínez for their care and professionalism, and to Leidy for her warm and attentive service during our dinner.

It’s a great hotel with all the amenities that you may need. Cool design, very comfortable rooms, spacious areas, the pool was such a nice treat at the end of the day touring the city. Staff was so professional and prepared to help with any request that we may have. They gave us great recommendations on things to do and restaurants to check out in the area. It’s not in a central area in Bogota, but around it there’s the Usaquen neighborhood where the streets come to life with vendors, jewelers, handcrafts and amazing curated restaurants and bars. I will never stay at the W Bogota again. For a luxury brand, this property fails across the board.
To start, the service is sub-par at best. I explicitly confirmed an early check-in for 12:00 PM noon a full week in advance. Despite this, when I arrived at 2:00 PM—two hours after my requested time—my room still wasn't ready, and I was forced to wait. When I finally got in, I noticed the hotel felt noticeably dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the staff showed zero care for basic hospitality; the doorman never once opened the door for us or offered any assistance with our luggage.
I also suffered from altitude sickness during the trip. When I asked the staff for coca tea—a standard, basic remedy available everywhere in the city—they flatly told me they couldn't accommodate the request.
The property is also in a less than ideal location. There are so many significantly better hotels in Bogota situated in better areas for a fraction of what this place charges. Save your money and your sanity—stay somewhere else.

Amazing stay at the W. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Especially Carolina in the Jairo restaurant, Tatiana in the Beer, Oscar and Lidia at check in. The breakfast was unreal! Delicious, fresh food - a can’t miss. Loved the art work around the hotel. Hope to return in the future!
