This hotel met all my expectations and then some, it's exactly what W hotels elsewhere in the world should be. I booked the cheapest room and was upgraded as Bonvoy Ambassador Elite to a premium suite (Urban Suite). The room was good quality construction and most importantly it was a memorable suite rather than boring style.
They had good attention to details including a welcome gift for children and balloons at breakfast. It's not hard, a balloon must cost $0.10 at most but some hotels just don't have it in their DNA to do the little extras to please guests and simply go through the motions. Breakfast was mix of a la carte and buffet which included some local options rather than only the traditional stuff. What is there not to like? Perhaps the lone weakness is that the location is not ideal for visiting Bogota but I found very little negative about the hotel itself. I would return with no hesitation.
The salon is great. Luz is amazing, always leaves me looking sharp. Highly recommend going to her if you are in Bogotá..!
I recently visited for a work trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was amazing, and the accommodations were clean and beautiful. I want to give a special shout-out to our waitress, Tatiana. She was highly professional, attentive to all our needs, and always greeted us with a smile. I will definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon!

My husband and I love traveling around the world, and for me, a hotel’s gym and spa are a big deal. I decided to check this place out on my own first so I could really see how it was before coming back with my husband.
Honestly, I had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Laidy at the spa front desk was lovely, and Valentina, the massage therapist, did an amazing job. Everything was very clean, and the gym is big, modern, and fully equipped—perfect if you actually like working out.
I split my time between the U.S. and Colombia, and my husband and I are always looking for nice places where we can relax and enjoy time together. This spot is definitely a great option in Bogotá and is now on my list of favorite places.

Great location, everything is walking distance. Oscar and Indira from the team- were friendly and courteous. The whole team showed professionalism and anticipated any of our needs.
We're having a great stay at the W Hotel. The room is beautiful, they added many special touches to help celebrate my partners birthday including flowers, wine and chocolate covered strawberries. We had a fabulous dinner at the Jairo restaurant. Our server (Johan) was warm and thoughtful, and the food was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!
The W Bogota was such a beautiful, modern, hotel located in the best part of Bogota! Our room was so cool and big, with views to die for! Loved it The staff were amazing, in particular Karol and Fabian! We stayed Christmas week and enjoyed a Christmas Eve Brunch Celebration at the restaurant Jairo! Oh, and a fabulous gym!!
We spent a week at the W and had an incredible time. The service was excellent across the board, especially Lady Tatiana, Miguel, and Monica, our regular servers throughout the week. They were part of an excellent team run by their captain Tatiana. We couldn’t ask for a better holiday experience.
The hotel was amazing and the staff was incredible. Carol made everything so special for my fiancés birthday/ our engagement. She made sure to get as much information from me to make it as personal as possible. Can’t recommend enough!
