Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Lage perfekt, Balkon mit tollem Blick, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Badezimmer (Dusche und Toilette) klein und wurden nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt.

Pros:

Liked the hotel previously and wanted to book again, mainly due to the location and views , so of course I booked a lake view room

Cons:

Being called as travelling to the hotel at 12 noon to be told no lake view, but can put you in a room with no view at all. Having booked previously the first time , booked lake view , great. Second time reallocated to a no view noisy room next to night club with no water pressure and no sleep. 3rd booking "upgraded" to a old grubby room with no water to shower, 4th time , last time as again an issue and couldn't give the room booked( I even emailed months before to ensure I would get the room i booked and paid for. This trip was for a special Birthday and thankfully we found an alternative on the way, which gave what was booked and paid for, included breakfast and dinner and was as advertised.

Ideal location to people watch
Pros:

Right in the centre of town overlooking the sea. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nicely decorated rooms. Lots of restaurants within 10 mins walk.

Cons:

Quite a lot of steps to get to top floor rooms from the street but there is a rear entrance which makes things a bit easier.

High Standard of accommodation in excellent location
Pros:

Very comfortable and quiet even though very centrally located. Extremely helpful staff. Appreciated laundry service.

Schönes Hotel mit Aussicht
Pros:

Top Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht, Parkplatz in der Nähe, sehr netter Empfang, wunderschönes Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Pflegeprodukte (Duschgel etc. ) waren nicht aufgefüllt.

Exceptional hotel - perfect stay
Pros:

The view was spectacular - the room was very comfortable with a lot of amenities like tea or coffee. There was a public area for parking 100 meters away from the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

Maltese suite actually has 2 separate bathrooms

Cons:

Bathroom a disaster. Poor drainage in shower. Nowhere to store products . Need tissues. Paper towels in kitchen
