Krakow Stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly. The area that the hotel was in felt safe and wasn't too far from the city centre.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't particularly clean, with hairs on the floor and towels dirty.

The bedding in the room were not comfortably, they had bobbles on as though they had not been looked after, which made the bedding scratchy and pillows were particularly flat

The breakfast was quite small, and seemed to be empty if you weren't at breakfast early.

Overall it didn't quite live up to expectations, and the pictures make it seem slightly better than it actually is.

Sicuramente il punto forte è la colazione prodotti freschi e di qualità.

Cons:

La struttura non è male ed è un po' decentrata ma in 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro, però da un 4 stelle mi aspetterei per lo meno delle pantofole di cortesia e una pulizia della stanza in particolare la moquette che per i giorni del mio soggiorno (5) non è stata mai pulita o aspirata ,per giunta il secondo giorno ho trovato sotto il letto un calzino non mio quindi pulizie da rivedere. . C'è da sottolineare che la colazione è ottima offrendo prodotti sempre freschi e di qualità.

Excellent location
Pros:

Warm and cosy bedroom. Compact. Quiet hotel.
Great location; close to the old town. Close to bus stop with a direct route to and from the airport.

Cons:

The room was too warm; it was difficult to operate the control.

Pros:

La posizione, l'ampiezza della camera superior. Pulizia ok.

Cons:

Hotel leggermente "vecchio", il porta asciugamani era rotto. Forse farei qualche ristrutturazione. Per il testo tutto ok.

Guter Preis, aber leider die Qualität hatte nicht gestimmt.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch die Zimmer sind sauber. Mit dem Taxi ist die der Hauptbahnhof für 15 Zloty innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Lage ist ein wenig ausserhalb von der Altstadt. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Alles in Allen war ich über das Hotel ein wenig enttäuscht. Die Ausstattung ist auch enttäuschend. Die Betten sind aus einfacher Qualität. Die Außentemperaturen waren minus 6 Grad. Leider hat es gezogen und die Fenster waren nicht dicht, sodass die Inenentemperatur nicht warm war. Ich habe das Früshstück nachgebucht, was sich aus Fehler herausstellte. Die Qualtität des Frühstück war nicht gut. Es wurde gespart gespart an jedem Ende. Alles in Allem kann ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

10/10 customer service in the heart of Krakow!
Pros:

A Lovely boutique hotel that is located in the heart of the city and is good value for money. The hotel is tucked away, so there is no noise disturbance and it is in easy walking distance to the city centre. The room we stayed in was the Cozy room on the 1st floor. The room was a good size with two seating areas. The bathroom has heated bathroom floors, a king sized bed with extra soft pillows and bedding. During our stay we received a lovely birthday gesture- which was heartfelt and really showed the effort that goes into welcoming guests to the hotel. Excellent customer service and staff were very attentive and made sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for stay that’s good value for money, very trendy and creates a very welcoming atmosphere.
