Cleanliness
8.7
Multiple reviews praise perfect/very good cleanliness and comfortable beds; some concerns limited to pool water quality (green) rather than room housekeeping.
Service
9.2
Staff repeatedly described as excellent, helpful and professional (reception highlighted by name), with immediate handling of requests, upgrades and accommodating management.
Location
8.8
Location praised as convenient (close to sites, shops, Forex, airport shuttle available) and quiet in many rooms after adjustments.
Room Quality
7.4
Room comfort often noted (comfortable beds, spacious), but there are clear negatives: some rooms dark, AC problems in some bathrooms, furniture/bathroom in need of renovation and occasional street noise.
Amenities
7.8
Good amenities reported (full gym, steam sauna, spa and rooftop restaurant) and professional spa staff, but issues include green pool, only one working elevator at times and some aging facilities.
Value for Money
8.2
Generally positive value comments (reasonable spa cost, upgrades for longer stays, dependable choice), reflecting good service and occasional promotional benefits.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Breakfast and F&B praised for quality (good breakfast, omelettes on request, excellent morning coffee, rooftop dining), though several guests noted limited variety/repetition of breakfast over multiple days.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall stays described as comfortable and enjoyable with standout service and cleanliness; negatives (pool condition, some rooms needing renovation, limited breakfast variety) temper the score.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Very comfortable but not always consistent.
Pros:

It was close to the venue and safe. The breakfast buffet was very good, including warm local food changing from day to day which I enjoyed very much.

Cons:

The number of towels were never the same - one day I would have just one towel another day a bathmat. Water bottles would sometimes not be replenished. They charged a city tax that I was not informed of prior to the stay which I think they should have followed up on if the new law had been implemented after the booking as many of us are on budgets that need prior application for with our respective institutions. The hotel charged me on ETB when the rate was originally provided in dollars and the total did not match; I never received the final and correct invoice neither for the accommodation or city tax as promised.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Not a 5 star hotel should be 3 stars at the most. Maybe 5 stars 20 years ago.
No AC or fan in the room.
