Peaceful retreat from an otherwise busy city centre.
Pros:

Food was excellent as was spa facilities and pool. Enjoyed two super massages. Good location and very clean.

Cons:

One pool was dirty although the other was very clean.

A lovely break.
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty. Location was ideal for the type of stay we came for with all amenities within walking distance.

Cons:

The breakfast timing especially ,for weekends, it would be great if they could be extended to 11am as sometimes we want to lay in but its limited as breakfast ends at 10.

it is a sweet little hotel with potential to be splendid.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast as my flight was early . I didn't realise that I could have a very early breakfast until I left. I liked the photos in the reception. The photographer should do more , they were more appropriate than the colonial art. I liked the band playing but would have liked to be able to sit and have a drink listening to them. eg at the pool garden. or have some chairs in the courtyard not necessarily just for dinner.

Cons:

I think the break /barbeque could have been a buffet and help your self. The table we sat at was very wobbly and the chairs aren't very comfortable in the dining area. Cleaning up after previous guests didn't seem to happen around the pool area. the generator made too much noice, you need solar.. the exterior garden lights could have been switched off at night as there was too much light to sit under and trying to sleep.

Amazing
Pros:

It was a great stay, the place is really beautiful and the service outstanding! The only thing was that the pool wasn’t really for swimming, there were no sunbeds around which we would have liked in the hot afternoons.
