Pros:

Love staying here as its close to family and the business, lovely clean pool. The hotel is having a refurbishment at the moment. Stay are lovely and friendly aswell.

للأسف لم يكن التعامل على مستوى فندق 4 نجوم ابتداء من عدم الرد على الرسائل انتهاء بتغيير الغرفة المطلوبة بمبني (يتم ترميمه ) وغير مواصفات ماتم حجزه ( صحيح تم تغيير الغرفة بعدما كلمتهم بهذا الخصوص )

The pool is very nice

Cons:

I was very surprised when I arrived at the hotel and entered my room to find extremely loud construction and maintenance work taking place throughout the property.
The hotel should have informed guests in advance that renovation work was in progress, or at the very least notified us at the reception before check-in. We paid for our stay expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience, but instead we have been very disturbed by the constant noise and the workers

Pros:

Near to family and business, walking distance to all the shops. Short car ride to the Pyramids.

Pros:

Very close to the pyramids. Nice,clean,inexpensive rooms. Close to shops and attractions. Staff is fantastic and helpful, especially Raghda.

Staff was very kind and the swimming pool is clean.

Wifi was very poor, I used a local number with internet to access internet.

Mr haitham the manager tried to make everything good but once he leaves everything go crazy!!!!!

Cons:

Unclean hotel, attitude of front manager called maged and also receptionist mohab faisal he come to our room for no reason!!!!!! And this totally illegal !!!! Also he opened on of the luggage while my assistant was taking it without my permission!! They refuses to give me any recipients during my whole stay!!! Also they took before 10,000 EGP ( Mohab faisal ) in cash during my reservation at the hotel and then he denied that i’m asking for immediate refund from booking! Besides that the hotel is 2 stars NOT 4!!!!
