Pros:

Muy lindo hotel, se nota que es de buen nivel. La recepcionista fue bastante seca pero nos pudimos comunicar a pesar de que no hablaba español ni inglés. El resto del staff fue increíblemente amable y estaban siempre dispuestos a ayudar, sobretodo Figero. La habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda, con mucho espacio de guardado lo cual resultó genial. El desayuno buffet increíble, tal cual las fotos. El restaurante del hotel también ofrecía una cena buffet (no incluida con la reserva) que estaba muy buena y a muy buen precio

Cons:

La zona en la que se encuentra no es segura, al menos no para recorrer a pie. El hotel es perfecto para quedarse una noche y disfrutar de las instalaciones pero si buscas pasear a pie te recomiendo otra zona.

Boa hospedagem, atende bem minhas necessidades!
Pros:

Já me hospedei outras vezes no hotel e gosto muito da localização para minhas necessidades na cidade. O atendimento é sempre muito bom, o café da manhã bem gostoso e variado.

Cons:

Tive bastante dificuldade para conseguir uma temperatura agradável para o banho. O chuveiro demorou muito para esquentar.

Cons:

Já me hospedei algumas vezes no Ritter e sempre tivemos boas experiências, mas desta vez foi decepcionante. Check-in conturbado, atendimento despreparado, cobrança em duplicidade e até a placa do veículo não foi registrada.

O café da manhã, que sempre foi um ponto positivo, também deixou muito a desejar: chegamos às 9h50 e faltavam louças, copos, suco, pães e reposição, mesmo o serviço encerrando apenas às 10h30.

Ao questionar a cobrança em duplicidade, o atendimento foi seco e sem sequer um pedido de desculpas.

Fica o registro aos gestores: espero que a equipe seja melhor treinada e que o Ritter volte a oferecer o padrão de qualidade e atendimento que sempre conhecemos.
