A estadia foi comprometida pelo estresse da não abertura do QRcode exigida pelo estabelecimento

Do atendimento na recepção com um funcionário que não conseguiu encaminhar devidamente nossa inscrição de hóspedes no govbr e não quiz aceitar nossa reserva feita. Culpou nosso celular que não conseguiu abrir o link via Qrcode. Isso às 3h da manhã quando chegamos de viagem com chuva e foi irredutível em nos hospedar. Vivemos uma situação totalmente constrangedora .

Hotel bom!
Pros:

Hotel bom com café da manha muito bom. O quarto foi grande e confortavel, decorado com moveis dos anos 80-90. O local onde o hotel esta situado é bom para alcancar o aeroporto ou rodoviaria, porém para passear, é perigoso devido as pessoas que frequentam esta area de Porto Alegre.
