Uma estadia confortável e impecável em cada detalhe.
Pros:

Foi uma estadia muito boa! Foram flexíveis no check-in, chegamos depois da meia noite e fomos muito bem atendidas. Ficamos na parte mais antiga do hotel, com quartos confortáveis e um banheiro amplo. Tudo estava extremamente limpo, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. O café da manhã era completo e muito bem servido. Adoramos cada detalhe!

La habitación, las instalaciones del hotel y el desayuno muy bien. La ubicación caótica para llegar en auto con un tránsito muy congestionado frente a la terminal de ómnibus. Nada recomendable salir a pasear a pie en la noche por esa zona, muy insegura, me asombró tanta gente tirada en la calle en situación de indigencia.

Cons:

La zona del hotel, no conocia Porto Alegre y me dejó una sensación de no querer volver a ese sitio. Pero el Hotel es bueno

Não é uma boa estadia.
Pros:

Gostei do tamanho do quarto, mas paguei 40 reais a mais para ter um quarto maior. O quarto também estava suficientemente limpo, não tenho do que reclamar quanto a isso.

Cons:

Achei que falta mais cuidado com os hóspedes, funcionários vendo os hóspedes com dificuldade com a bagagem e nem se oferecem para ajudar. Por ser perto da rodoviária, a localização do hotel acaba sendo perigosa, por ter muitos usuários de drogas pela região, o que nos causou muito medo na hora que saímos, pois era madrugada, o funcionário faltou nos colocar pra fora para poder trancar logo a porta e ficamos trancados pra fora durante todo o período em que aguardávamos o táxi estacionar e nos ajudar a guardar nossas coisas. Além disso, ficamos em um quarto na segunda torre, estávamos com muita mala e ninguém ofereceu se quer um carrinho para nos ajudar, precisamos nos virar sozinhos para procurar tudo.
