Not a bad hotel. Pretty comfortable and walkable to the unicentro mall and 7 de augosto area
Me cobraron 45 mil pesos más que los de la reserva, argumentando "impuestos", cuando claramente en hotels se señala que el precio ya incluía impuestos.
Había algunos sonidos fuertes en los pasillos, creo que de otros aires o de bombas de agua, no estoy seguro.
Decent hotel in the center of town. A little outdated but has hot water and breakfast. Internet was very bad for majority of the stay.

el personal es excelente, son muy amables. las habitaciones tienen mal olor, las duchas son muy pequeñas y el agua sale a ratos.

This was a nice location close to many shopping venues. The problem is never get a room in the front side of the hotel you will be close to the street and the outside noise will not allow you to sleep in. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
Remember not to get a room on the side of room 317.
I do always stay at this hotel..staff is good and people are very nice. Area close to everything and the hotel is secured
el servicio del restaurante al momento del desayuno muy regular la persona que pregunta en que habitaacion esta. melgeniada al momento que le solicite unos huevos pericos iso una cara de malestar por lo que se le pidio hay que recordar que el desayuno es tipo buffet y el cliente pide el favor que le preparen. los huevos. todo los alimentos estaban frios arepas salchichas y los huevos

The hotel is nice, it is located in the heart of Villavicencio, therefore there is a lot to do during the day. But at night could be dangerous.
The tvs they have in the room are very small and some of them are obsolete so there is not clear image and/or dont have remote.
The service is really good, the waiters are really nice and willing to help.
Breakfast is buffe and it was very good and a lot of options.

No han remodelado moviliario y en general todo se ve de años atrás.
La factura emitida no correspondió al valor cancelado.. La emitieron por un 30% Menos, mencionando que el excedente correspondía a la comisión de Hoteles.com y que ese valor no lo podían facturar.
