Schönes Hotel, direkt im historischen Zentrum
Pros:

Das Haus ist wunderschön, wir haben gerne unten gesessen am Abend und das Ambiente genossen. Das Zimmer ist völlig ausreichend, es gab auch Shampoo und Seife was aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor ging. Man ist sofort im Zentrum, die Lage ist top und trotzdem war es am Abend ruhig.
Es gibt warmes Wasser in der Dusche, die Klimaanlage ist top.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Betten und Kopfkissen sehr hart.
Der Pool sah nicht sehr sauber aus, wir waren aber trotzdem drin.
Das Frühstück war leider gar nicht abwechslungsreich, was ich gehofft habe. Jeden Tag gab es Toast, keine Alternativen. Da ich kein Toast vertrage, war das eher nicht so gut.

Wir hatten am letzten Tag kein Toilettenpapier mehr.

Todo. La ubicación que puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio del centro histórico. El personal super amable. La casa es súper bonita. Y la gatita que vive dentro de la casa, Tomasa, es un amor. Si volviera a Cartagena volvería alli.

Lovely place, noisy nights
Pros:

The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and the room was spacious.

The very central location also means noise at night. We had a quite poor sleep all three nights.

Excelente opción para visitar Cartagena!
Pros:

Ante todo la predisposicion del personal para darnos soluciones. Por empezar nos guardaron el equipaje tres días sin costo alguno y todo se encontraba perfecto al momento de ingresar, luego nos recomendaron como realizar algunas actividades para mantenernos seguros y por ultimo nos gestionaron un servicio de taxi para ir al aeropuerto. Excelente atencion de Jessica y Milagros! Por otro lado no podemos dejar de mencionar el desayuno, las cocineras lo mas! Los días que estuvimos nos sorprendieron con jugos riquisimos! Espectacular! En cuanto a la habitacion fue comoda, amplia y contaba con ventilador y aire acondicionado. También con una pequeña heladera que nos vino genial para mantener el agua fresca. En cuanto a la ubicacion nos resultó muy practica y segura ya que nos permitía llegar caminando a Getsemaní y centro histórico, incluso pudimos andar de noche y sin ningún inconveniente.

3 noches en cartagena
Pros:

Estuvimos tanto en la habitación standard como en la superior.Buena relación calidad- precio. El trato del personal excelente

Cons:

Estuvimos sin agua caliente toda la estancia , poca presión en la ducha. Si bien la habitación standard era pequeña , la superior tenía una cama muy dura.

Excelente localização. Próximo dos pontos turísticos, muito bons restaurantes.
Funcionários todos sem exceção muito amáveis e solícitos tornam a permanência muito fácil e agradável.

Good option for Cartagena
Pros:

Very well located in the middle of the historic centre of Cartagena and also in a quiet street which we loved. There is also a small pool which we used one time.

Good location inside the walled old town; beautiful old property with a lot of character; exceptional staff service

Cons:

Room size was very small; window opened to the inside so no view and could not open due to lack of privacy; this made the room dark and without ventilation and had to switch on light at all times; bathroom was very tiny

Fantástico hotel colonial en Cartagena
Pros:

El hotel está situado en la zona amurallada de Cartagena, en una antigua casa colonial enorme y preciosa, las habitaciones son muy grandes, la cama extracómoda y el baño está muy bien. El personal es muy amable, teníamos que dejar el hotel a las 5,30am cuando no había empezado el desayuno y el turno de noche nos hizo café con leche con tostadas, es de agradecer, además están atentos a cualquier pregunta que tengas sobre la ciudad, modos de hacer un pasadía etc, un lujo de hotel.

Cons:

lo único negativo son los precios, Cartagena es una ciudad turística y muy cara para lo que es Colombia e general.

Mooi hotel en vriendelijke personeel
Pros:

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en de koloniaal style van het pand.
Kamers zijn zeer schoon en het ontbijt is lekker.
Locatie is perfect. Net buiten de drukte en je kan alles via loopafstand doen.
