Beautiful property with lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay an absolute pleasure.
The property has a wonderful green courtyard and welcoming feel. Pool is small but nice to cool off in.
The room was beautifully furnished and bed comfortable. Very clean.
Liked the location. Close to everything but not right in the noisy centre.
Made me an early breakfast on last morning before my flight.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos! Quarto muito limpo e organizado. A gatinha que mora lá também é um charme a mais 😂

Atención excepcional en una calle tranquila del centro de cartagena.
Pros:

El personal fue más que maravilloso, la atención de los dos recepcionistas que me tocaron, que no recuerdo sus nombres, fue de verdad increíble incluso en cosas que se salían de sus servicios, por ejemplo no tenía crema de dientes y ya era muy tarde, el recepcionista logró encontrar un poco y me pude cepillar mis dientes. La casa es muy bonita y tuve la habitación con terraza.

Really good location.
Pros:

The best location. Good restaurants and all tourist places closed by.
Milagros de front desk attendant is awesome.

Es un lugar excelente que permite disfrutar el centro histórico y Getsemaní
Pros:

En realidad todo esl servicio fue excelente. Muy aseado, tendido diario de cama, interiormente es muy bonito, con piscina de chorros, ubicada en el centro historico pero lugar transquilo. En la misma cuadra de la casa de García Marquez. Desayuno sencillo pro bien atendido. Sala de star para lectiua y sala para conversación. Ventilador, aire acondicionado, balcón, tv, wi-fi. Me pareció todo en su punto.

En realidad nada me disgustó.

Antique style , clean and quite for a good rest after long days
Pros:

Well central located . Clean . Room spacious. Antique old century lovely decoration. Breakfast low variety but delicious. Get the balcony other rooms are patio interior no many windows. Quite street . Amazing staff. They have a lovely cat “tomasa”

Last day we got hot water. Cartagena is super expensive for this price of hotel you can get more i. Other cities .

Pros:

Beliggenheden i den gamle bydel. Hyggelig morgenmad. Dejligt at slappe af i den lille pool, efter at have gået en hel dag rundt i byen. Sød kat. Mulighed for sen udtjekning, da vi skulle sent i lufthavnen, tak for det.

Estaba muy céntrico y accessible en comercio

Cons:

El internet muy malo, no hay suficiente presión de agua que llegue al tercer piso y para bañarse es toda un odisea si se usa el agua caliente en el 3 piso sale demasiado caliente , y habían muchos zancudos en el área del desayuno debería de preocuparse por fumigar, además deberían de informar que para subir a los pisos superiores hay que hacerlo por las gradas con las maletas

Me hospedaría otra vez pero en las habitaciones del primer piso
Pros:

Me encantó la localización, la gente que trabaja súper linda, muy especial, el desayuno es ok.

Cons:

No me gustó que en el segundo piso se escuchaban ruidos extraños y no pude dormir, y el agua en el segundo piso no era suficiente pera bañarse, las neveras están muy viejas y las toallas también.
