Service sector at it worst
Pros:

The hotel switch off the aircon compressor thru the day. Hotel lobby was hot, and mind you, it is summer and 30 degrees in September 2023. I made a feedback about my room being very hot and the aircon was not working due to their switching off the compressor.

nothing was done. 2nd day, made the same feedback as i woke up at 10pm, and 4am twice each night and called to feedback. Next morning, i met the hotel manager, and this was the worst answer i could get from a hotel manager. He told me it was impossible for him to waste electricy and switch on the air con compressor as the hotel have only 20++ rooms occupied.

They are not willing to switch it on due to fact that it was under utilised. Horrible arrangment. i rest my case

Absolutely horrible services at this hotel.
Pros:

Check in procedure very painful and took a long time. Staff was not helpful or friendly at all. Restaurant option was one of the worse with very limited food options. We asked to see the menu and at first thy said we couldn’t order from the menu but had to eat from the buffet. The food in the buffet was not edible. She reluctantly brought the menu and then after we tried to order, she told us that nothing on the menu was available. A/C in the room didn’t work and I had no internet or wireless connection. When I inquired about internet at the front desk the lady told me I had to use the computer terminal at the front desk if I wanted internet connection. I’ve traveled through China for 15 years fro work and have never had this poor of service at an American brand hotel. Never again........

Big and clean room and decent breakfast
Pros:

The Aircon was controlled centrally and the room was warm. The front desk said the could not change the setting but offered to change room or supply a fan. I chose the latter since changing room wouldn't help either. The fan helped a bit but not much.
