The room and the bathroom were spotless! The lobby is a nice size and has a microwave and toaster. It is a self check-in, self check-out hotel but there is always someone available to help. The woman who helped me spoke english and was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was able to store my luggage there after checkout, for 4 hours.

很不錯的平價旅館，平凡普通的房間，雖全館禁菸但有淡淡的煙味，不過要離場前在車庫前有附近人機車亂停阻礙出入，詢問櫃檯卻要我自己去移動他人的車，我覺得不是很好👌

退房後暫放行李於服務台，領回時發現服務生隨意將護照影印本貼於行李上，任何人也何看到如此重要的私人資料，保障客人個人私隱有欠失當！
整體尚可，沒有特別突出或不好的地方。不過網站介紹明明有寫提供免費盥洗用具，實際入住看到桌上擺公告註明「環保因素，牙刷牙膏備品需自備…」所以變成去附近商店購買…

超級老舊的旅館，跟照片完全不一樣。風吹過來窗戶會一直發出聲音，加上很吵的冰箱跟馬桶。絕對是最舒服的旅館之一

謝謝奇異果提供寵物住宿服務，真的非常棒。
床不硬覺得好睡，飯店對面有機車停車格，停車方便。早上出門時有告知櫃臺要清潔，可是晚上回來發現沒有進來整理過，感覺被遺忘了。
我覺得沒有很舒適，到的時候也沒有停車位，需要自己去外面找位子停再拿行李走過來。房間內的礦泉水是上一個房客開過沒有喝完的，非常不衛生。標榜著無菸房間卻濃濃的煙味。訂房時有告知要付現金，到達時櫃檯卻已經刷了網路上訂房時的信用卡。
已住過多間奇異果旅店，還有住過全省瑞石集團旅店，（奇異果中清店）整體比其它店弱些.期待能更進一步。

裝也裝不回去
整體環境很差
電梯毛髮灰塵很多、似乎不曾掃過、有客人抽煙煙味會飄滿整層樓、空氣品質很差！還有餐廳服務人員抹布擦餐桌也擦地板、清潔度實在有待加強！
