Dans l’ensemble, un séjour correct grâce à l’emplacement et au personnel accueillant, malgré quelques petits points à am

L’emplacement est vraiment très bien, à côté de tout, ce qui est super pratique.
• La salle de bain était au top, propre et agréable.
• Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours et la chambre est entretenue quotidiennement.
• L’accueil était très gentil et chaleureux.
• On peut entrer et sortir librement et facilement, ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Les photos sont légèrement trompeuses, notamment concernant la vue sur la ville que nous n’avions pas.
• Il y avait une légère moisissure au plafond, sans que ce soit dramatique.
• L’insonorisation est insuffisante : on entend les voisins.

Exactly what we needed/wanted
Pros:

The man working in reception was so friendly and nice,real asset to the hotel. Room itself was absolutely fine, nothing amazing and quite small but exactly what we expected for the good location location. Room was clean and the bathroom is LOVELY. Bed could be better but again absolutely grand and had a couple of great nights sleeps. Room has everything basic you need hairdryer, kettle, etc.

Cons:

No complaints to be honest.

The property is an old Dutch house. The stairs are not for adults with luggage to handle. Absolutely horrific. The rooms were uncomfortable. The beds kept sliding apart. Very little room service. One small step above a youth hostel.

Gute Lage und saubere Zimmer aber Probleme bei der Rückzahlung der Kaution

Die Lage des Hotels ist tentral, vieles ist zu Fuß erreichnar. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Umgang mit der Baukaution. Beim Check-In wurde eine Kaution von 100€ verlangt. Beim Check out wurde mit versichter das ich den Betrag Bar zurückerhalte. Vor Ort hiess es dann plötzlich der Safe sei defekt und es gebe kein Bargeld im Hotel. Mir wurde eine überweisung innerhalb weniger Stunden zugesichert.

Diese Überweisung ist selbst nach wochen nicht erfolgt. Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails, Telefonate und klarer Zusagen gab es keine Rückzahlung. Kommunikation

Dieses verhalten ist inakzeptabel und lässt zweifel an die Zuverlässigkeit des Hotels aufkommen.
