La localisation très centrale
La salle de bain trop petite sans meuble pour poser ses effets personnels alors que nous avions pris la chambre de luxe.
Les escaliers trop étroits et très dangereux, heureusement que nous étions au premier étage.
Les fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas.
The location is just perfect, it is right in the city center which is super convenient
The bathroom and bed was good and convenient
The cleaning was once during 4-night stay, and you need to ask several times to clean the room; initially the room was not really clean, full of dust; we also found a cockroach after the one and only cleaning session
The room looks a lot different from the images on Booking, there was no storage in our luxe room, stairs are really steep, you surely hear all the noises from stuff and other people in the hotel as the building is old
You have to pay for slippers and additional clothes hangers and any other additional service you may need, while the hotel price for one night is not the cheapest
It seems like you can control the heating from the room, but it is managed by the hotel so you cannot be sure whether the heating will be on the whole day

Que no me consideraron una habitación en el 1er piso a pesar de indicarle que tenía una lesión en la rodilla.
We had chosen the hotel for it's proximity to the Paradiso as we were attending a concert. We ate and drank locally and there was plenty of choice.
We were aware that the hotel did not have a lift but were honestly not expecting the stairs to be so steep and curved. It made carrying bags up and down extremely difficult. Our party of 4 were all in our 60s and 70s and we managed but we are all pretty fit.
The bathroom was adequate but very small.
Прекрасное расположение в центре города. Остановка автобуса, который идет в аэропорт, находится в 10 минутах ходьбы, что очень удобно, даже если вылет рано утром. Персонал был очень вежливый, при вопросах все подробно объяснили. Комната была чистой. Все необходимое для проживания было в комнате.
Довольно опасная лестница на цокольный этаж, но это особенность домов Амстердама. Под боком отеля работает кофешоп, от которого шел запах в комнату. Кровать в номере 29 была неудобной: почему-то было углубление в центре кровати и постоянно скатываешься туда вниз. Также стоит заменить подушки, очень твердые.
The location of this hotel is great, just a short walk away from the square. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was surprisingly pretty good and the bed was comfortable enough
Considering how much you pay for the hotel you would expect a bit more, I think you are just paying for the location. The room smelt of drains / sewage the whole time we were there, even when we kept the bathroom door shut. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, we were woken up at 7 o’clock every morning listening to people singing and shouting (we assumed people who work there), we could hear drilling and banging from 7 in the morning (unsure of if this was in the hotel or just around it), so expect to be woken up early. The noise would also go on for hours!
Not worth it for the price at all I could book a 4⭐️ for the price and the room was very tiny not a hotel at all

Nos alojamos en el hotel por dos noches y todo estuvo perfecto. Excelente ubicación del hotel para recorrer y conocer la ciudad caminando. La habitación y la cama eran muy cómodas. Rodrigo, recepcionista argentino, siempre muy amable y atento. Totalmente recomendable.
Hotel sporchissimo, personale inqualificabile, ci hanno sequestrato i nostri beni i nostri documenti e le nostre medicine e per riaverli indietro abbiamo dovuto pagare 250€ di multa con causale fumo nella stanza, senza aver mai fumato e senza aver alcun tipo di prova. Siamo stati davvero truffati. Noi non eravamo nemmeno in stanza e nessuno ci ha avvisati. Il direttore si è rifiutato di venire per avere un confronto e di darci delle prove. Esperienza davvero terribile. Questo hotel mette davvero in cattiva luce questa bellissima città. È davvero da chiudere. NON CI ANDATE!!!
