Die Lage ist gut, das Personal freundlich und die Zimmergrösse für eine Person passt. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer eignet sich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut.
Das Zimmer war unglaublich hellhörig. Die Tür sitzt nicht im Türrahmen, sondern hat einen Abstand zum Boden, weshalb konstant Licht aus dem Gang das Zimmer beleuchtet und man jede Bewegung sowie jedes Geräusch draussen mitbekommt. Der Morgenputz, wenn man in der Früh noch schläft, ist dann leider etwas unangenehm.
Facilities were good in this price range, clean room, and hotel is at a short walk from centre, Karmel and other staff was really helpful. Value for money.
Steep stairs and a upfront 100 euros security, which was written under important info section in booking.com but i did not know when booking.
It will be automatically reversed though, so no problem. I really appreciate my time there

The property is closely situated to the canals and walkable to Jordaan, de Pijp, RLD, Vondelpark, etc.
Staff were helpful at check in and check out. Especially appreciated Karmel helping with my bag at check out!
Really heed the warning that the property does not have an elevator and the stairs are steep.

The stay was very good and its near to the tourist attractions. Karmel is a very friendly staff where he help us with the check in and check out and most importantly with the luggages.

Good location, close to tram stops, friendly staff, fairly clean room, warm shower, kettle and coffee provided although no milk. A good budget option.
Some of the towels had stains/discolouration, though not hugely bad. Quite a small room - i imagine all rooms were similar to this size though, but looked nothing like the ones shown on the listing. But what was most frustrating was the very loud building noise at 7:30 every morning, it sounded like they were drilling into our rooms walls, it woke us up immediately each morning. I appreciate this is not to do with the hotel itself and was due to a building works a couple doors down, but unfortunately it did affect our stay, and had we seen reviews like this one before booking, we may have chose a different hotel.

I was helped by a kind man named Maximo. I was just coming from a long trip and he helped us calm down and was very kind to us. We had a great stay and the rooms were very nice
