Mostly good with one exception.
Pros:

Most everything except for water pressure in bathroom sink. We worked around it but it was very poor. Tub was great.

Cons:

First day reception. Not normal happy greeting we receive when staying at IHG properties. Check in was quick but seemed abrupt. We asked if a king was available and were told no. Based on a very sparse parking lot both Saturday and Sunday night we both thought it was more likely that the first day clerk didn’t want to bother to change our room. The reception desk on Sunday morning and afternoon as well as Monday morning with very nice and helpful.
