Pros:

On arrival we were very disappointed by the look outside itself. The hotel building looked dirty and the pathway to the hotel was being layed out and was messy and no parking. The hotel inside were dirty and looked shady! We had to put up with this place since it was one night. No hot water to shower, walls dirty the kitchen looked like canteen. Anyhow this is no frills hotel. Outside is busy and across the Manipal hospital. Food was ok.

Pros:

Hotel was good, nice stay, all pubs, disc are nearby that hotel. But taxi and pvt cars hiring was expensive. Overall a great trip. Hotel staff was cooperative, prepared food for me @ 1 am in the morning !
