La struttura ha bisogno di una bella ristrutturata, la cucina cadeva a pezzi l’aria condizionata non funzionante x non parlare della puzza nel bagno! La vista dal 7 piano è bellissima con un po’ di impegno in più sui dettagli sarebbe veramente un bel hotel spero lo sistemino

Falta manutención en general. En espaciós comunes algunas cosas partidas y algo sucias.un elevador no funcionaba. En la habitacion una ventana no cerraba bién, una persiana no funcionaba, el secado no funcionaba, los bótones d descarga del wc partidos, el bide con chorro agua no bien direcionado. eĺmanipulo perta partido , ÿ no funcionaba çómo apartameñto pues faltaban utensilios basicos para cocinar, solo activados el microondas y frigorifico, no la placa. No nos importoʻ demasiado por q eramos solo dos y la habitacion era espaciosa y no pasamos mucho tiempo dentro pero si hubieramos hecho idea d funcionar como apartamento con cocina hubiera sido imposible. wifi tb no fue muy bueno ni en habitacion ni en recepcion.

A hotel that is managed by people who cares
Pros:

The property is just across the beach, quieter beach compared to the other side where all the horses and camels stays and poop. So this side of the beach is better. It has two TV, small fridge, stove and oven. The property is cleaned everyday by the friendly Zeinab. An asset to the hotel i must say. Towels and bedsheets were replaced everyday. The breakfast is regular but the people in the kitchen replaces food so fast and they are kind and nice. During my stay, only 1 elevator is working, but they have two. My room was changed to seaview by the hotel frontdesk staff named Omaima, smiley face and very helpful. Gave us a lot of tips on where to go and what to do. It was a good and comfortable place to stay and reasonable price too.

Cons:

Room was not clean when we checked in, maybe since we got moved to a seaview room. Also, That they don’t have swimming pool. And i hope they leave a sweeper or a floor mop, in case beach sands in the floor, we can clean instead of waiting for the room service the next day.

Le début catastrophique, fin merveilleuse

La première nuit on l’a passé dans un appartement très froid , le sans chauffage et très vieux , il fallait demander là réception pour changer la bouteille de gaz, pareille pour les serviettes de bain, la salle de bail pleine de moisissures
