En période hivers il allume pas le chauffage ni dans les salon ni cuisine et il fait très froid , chauffage uniquement dans les chambres. En hivers a éviter . Les appartement vieillissant équipement aussi mais emplacement tres bien.

Nice location. Rude staff and inconvenient elevator services
Pros:

The location of the hotel and the breakfast included.

Cons:

Our stay was disappointing from the start. During check-in, all guests were required to show IDs, and even though the reservation was under one person’s name, we were charged extra for additional guests, which was unexpected. The parking garage is extremely tight with very small spaces, making parking difficult. Access to the hotel is inconvenient, as we often had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to open the garage gate, which also frequently gets stuck and does not open properly. For a four-star hotel, the lack of amenities is unacceptable. There is no coffee or coffee machine in the room, no tissues, or paper towel and we did not initially have toilet paper and had to request it. The room also has a sliding door that does not function at all. Despite placing the “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping repeatedly knocked and entered our room while we were sleeping, which was very disturbing and unprofessional. Elevator access is also very restrictive; when parking in the garage, guests must stop at the front desk level to receive permission to go up or down, and the room key cards do not work for the elevator at all, making movement within the hotel inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards expected of a four-star property.
