Es war ein schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel das wie man sehen konnte erst saniert wurde. Das Personal war bemüht sich zuvorkommend um die Kundschaft zu kümmern. Diesen Eindruck hatten wir von dem wie wir glauben Chef des Hauses eher nicht. Kommunikation ist nicht seins, eher distanziert kühl macht er was gemacht werden muss ohne wirklich Notiz von denen zu nehmen die sein Haus finanzieren. Eine Erfahrung wert werden wir ein zweites Mal wohl nicht dort nächtigen.

Die zentrale Lage direkt in der Stadt und direkt am Kranichturm. Das Bad für mein Zimmer war sehr groß, Essen und Trinken im Restaurant war auch gut.

Cons:

Ich hatte zwischendurch den Eindruck, daß die Angestellten etwas weniger kommunikativ waren, aber vielleicht ist das auch der Tatsache geschuldet, dass das Hotel eigene Angestellte ausbildet und sogar eine Urkunde dafür bekommen hat. Vielleicht hilft eine kleine Plakette zur Kennzeichnung?

Fantastic location! Peaceful, nice and cosy Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. But the view out of the rooms and the location is perfect!
