Cons:

Nos despertaron 6 veces los huéspedes durante la noche porque fueron muy escandalosos no respetando en absoluto a los demás huéspedes. Tuvimos que salir 3 veces a pedir a recepción que se ocupe de que haya silencio y la reacción fue de absoluta apatía y no se esforzó en absoluten hacer algo al respecto o disculparse. No nos dormimos hasta las 4 de la mañana.

Una excelente opción para fines de concierto y festejar
Pros:

Excelente servicio, incluso contaba con servicio para transportarnos al estacionamiento, ya que estaba a 15 minutos a pie. La atención del personal muy amable y atenta. Seguramente volveremos ahí.

Cons:

La lejanía del estacionamiento (15 min a pie), pero pues en Guanajuato es complicado por las características de la ciudad
