Important information:

1. The check-in time is from 16:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00am. In case of early check-in or late check-out, additional fees and advanced reservations are required.

2. The B2 garden pool area will be closed during winter (Dec-March).

3. The B1 hot spring area, aromatherapy spa, children's play room and gym are open from 08:00-22:00, cleaning and disinfection time from 11:00-14:00, and the last entry time is 21:30.

4. The cost of additional guest subjects to the the on-site announcement.

Breakfast serving arrangement: breakfast will be served as a set menu on every Wednesdays and Thursdays in June 2022。Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

少部分服務人員讓人很傻眼
Pros:

住的很舒服，設備都算乾淨，服務人員大部分都很親切。

Cons:

1/是使用booking訂房櫃檯人員確認訂房只能用訂單編號，我們第一次被要求人員也不知道在哪，入住時就用了很久，最後才說用電話號碼確認，態度也越來越不耐煩
2/泳圈在泳池忘記拿走，因泳池使用時間已經結束，所以打電話到櫃檯，櫃檯說會幫忙找，但都沒收到消息剛好要下樓去櫃檯再問一次一樣說找到會在打電話通知，但還是沒有消息說找到還是沒有找到，直接去泳池，有服務人員直接詢問，他們說他們沒有收到訊息說游泳圈不見的事情，馬上就拿我們遺失的泳圈給我們，這連不積極都不是，根本沒有理我們，同樣是早上辦理入住的男櫃檯人員
3/遊戲室的球池，人員要求大人不能進去在裡面，在旁邊顧著也不能，但也沒有人員在裡面顧著小朋友的安全，如果發生意外是誰要負責？
