Hotel acceptable à Kazan...
Pros:

Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, mais cet hôtel n'a malheureusement pas la qualité qu'il revendique: déjà nous l'avons choisi pour sa navette aéroport (alors qu'il n'y en a pas !), la piscine n'est gratuite qu'entre 7h et 10h le matin (et payante le reste du temps), le personnel ne parle pas anglais... Bref, même si nous avons bien dormi, nous avons été déçus par rapport à nos attentes...

The rooms are functional, but unfortunately this hotel has not the quality it claims: we chose it for its airport shuttle (while there is none!), the pool is only free between 7am and 10am (you have to pay the rest of the time), the staff do not speak English ... In short, even if we slept well, we were a bit disappointed according to our expectations ...

Staff makes or breaks a hotel
Pros:

A mix of modern Russian staff (polite, professional and courteous) and old soviet style staff ("it's your fault" attitude). Surprisingly, the older staff was much more courteous and less 'soviet' than the younger staff. It was cheap, so I stayed there. I might stay there again if I get desperate. Better to pay a little more and actually be treated like a hotel guest.
