The hotel has many slopes, therefore to access it, in the rooms and to use the services such as the heated pool and spa you must enter by stairs. There are rooms with access stairs or internal stairs.

Desayuno rico, completo y variado. La ubicación al frente del lago es un plus, el acceso a la ribera es realmente muy conveniente y permite pasear y ver el atardecer cómodamente. La comida es de muy buena calidad tanto el almuerzo como la cena. Sábanas y toallas en excelente estado. Artículos de tocador de buena calidad.
Los colchones son de resortes y no tienen firmeza, al hundirse es todo un tema para descansar. El baño no tiene ventilación mecánica. Si tienen problemas de columna o cierta dificultad articular, tengan en cuenta que en una misma habitación puede estar el baño en un nivel, la cama en otro y el placard en otro (todo con escaleras) Las sillas usadas para el evento son muy incomodas para estar sentados varias horas.
