le petit déjeuner était riche , copieux avec de la nourriture local et d'ailleurs
un service à table , l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel.
la salle du petit-déjeuner bien situé. la salle de sport avec des équipements neufs , divers , propre
le service à l'étage correct , une buanderie au top avec des vêtements bien lavés , repassés et soigneusement pliés .
une piscine agréable avec un bar et un restaurant à proximité au dernier étage.
Une sécurité à l'entrée avec un scan des effets à chaque entrée dans l'hôtel
Notre séjour était très agréable

The supervisor at the reception is racist. I went on a day trip to lake Kaptai. And I was waiting for the driver with my Bengali friend. He didn’t allow to wait her with me. There were no problems when other people had visitors only me because Im a tourist from Europe. It’s a shame and I will send an official complaint to your management. The name of supervisor at the reception is Phaneeh something like that. You should get some proper training or going to work at 1 star hotel.

Parfait et agréable pour travailler avec tous les services.
Pros:

C’est une tour dans laquelle il y a absolument tous les services, plusieurs restaurants, Coiffeur, grande salle de sport, ce qui est rare, spa, etc. Café etc. tout appartient à l’hôtel, il y a même un tailleur pour recoudre vos vêtements et ils ne m’ont même pas fait payer. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et gentil et on a une très belle vue sur la ville. Un havre de paix dans cette ville polluée … parfait pour travailler. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

Cons:

Comme dans toutes ces grandes tours, la clim centralisée est un petit peu bruyante…
