Сотрудница Ресепшн принуждала к бронированию более дорогого номера, хотя мне он был не нужен и я предварительно обьяснил ситуацию. Но она не проявила должного понимания,что было неприятно.

Tolles Zimmer für eine Nacht - Frühstück sehr gut! Wir nutzen das Hotel gerne für unsere Durchreise in die Toskana. / Parkhaus mit Stellplätzen vorhanden!

Pros:

I was so clean and nice, the staff (lady from the reception was very kind and friendly, it was a free parking wchich was very appreciated. The breakfast was very nice. It was cure for every detail and the common area was soooo lovely. Cleaning the rooms during the stay, aplace where you can everywhere if you are with the car. No city taxes wchich was a surprise.
The fridge with snack and sanwiches and coffee machine. Is called Honesty bar. Very nice idea.

Cons:

Was every thing good but for my taste the mattress was a bit hard, maybe for the rest is fine to be so.
No kettle in the room but there is in the hall coffee machine and fridge with snacks which saves a lot the situation.

Ideale locatie
Pros:

Een ideale stop op weg naar het zuiden. Vlakbij de snelweg. Knap gedesignde kamers en geluidsarm. Ideaal voor een goede nachtrust. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
