It is worth to what you pay with an amazing location.
Pros:

Breakfast was average, don't expect much, it was just okay but If i come again, I would prefer not to have breakfast here.

Cons:

Breakfast, the windows in the rooms are not protected for the mosquitos, so it is hard to circulate air.

Pros:

Don't let the outside area of this hotel fool you, as soon as you walk through the front door its like a paradise in the middle of the city. The location is close to the bus station and the ferries.

Cons:

Everything was great, no issues.

Pros:

La chambre que nous avons eu était très spacieuse . Le cadre agréable avec beaucoup de verdure. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique.nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit avant d'aller à l'aéroport et la gare ADO est à 5 min à pied.

Hôtel de charme bien situé ǰ
Pros:

L'hôtel a mis en place des moyens écologiques; panneaux solaires, récupérateur d'eau, trie des déchets.
Oasis de verdure situé à moins de 10 mn à pied du terminal de bus ADO. Chambres assez grandes mais salle d'eau petite. Personnel agréable et souriant. Parle anglais à l'accueil.

Cons:

Comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels au Mexique le PDJ est servi selon une carte avec un

choix restreint. Éviter les chambres 8 et 9 qui sont situées sous la laverie de l'hôtel car on entend le bruit de la ou des machines à laver. En journée le bruit est acceptable mais pas à 5 h du matin comme cela nous est arrivé. Hôtel bien situé pour se rendre au centre ville et ses restaurants ou pour aller à la zone hôtelière et ses plages en bus R1 pour seulement 12 pesos.Petite piscine avec hamacs et transats.

Surprisingly great hotel, nice staff
Pros:

Hotel suprised us a little as it is a real jungle oase in an otherwise busy part of town. The staff were super helpful and the place was properly cleaned. Bit older , but very clean and cozy. Hotel helped us fix a transfer to the airport which worked very smoothly and the driver was super nice.
Also, the hotel is about 7 minutes walk from the ADO bus station

Cons:

The location downtown Cancun was not our cup of tea, but works great when having a flight or doing tours.

Lovely unique hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Great location right next to the ADO station. Is very central but the location makes you feel peaceful and secluded. Lovely relaxing communal areas and breakfast it great. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Has lots of facilities including self catering. Reasonably priced and close to lots of restaurants.

Cons:

It feels slightly ‘tired’ but that didn’t really bother us at all and I think the price and photos fairly reflect this. We had a couple of bits not working in our room but it didn’t bother us as we were only there for one night and I think the staff would’ve got those fixed if we’d asked as they were very helpful :)

Petit bout de vert au milieu de la ville
Pros:

Le jardin est vraiment très agréable tout en étant du centre ville, parfait pour se déconnecter après une journée à Cancun. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible 24/24

Cons:

Il est dommage qu’après une seule douche il n’y est plus d’eau chaude.

Would stay again!
Pros:

I love this place! A gem tucked into the best spot! Restaurants and cafes and buses everything is within walking distance. Also omg the STAFF. 100/10. The sweetest!! The food for breakfast was good and fresh and the sheets and bedding was super comfortable! Also whenever they come in to clean the room they do an amazing job. It was really peaceful and relaxing to stay here. Oh and super safe! I travelled solo as a woman. Loved it

The hotel was a bit basic and quirky but located well.
Pros:

There was lovely foliage and fountains which made the property very appealing. The breakfast was a nice bonus. The location was good for us.

Cons:

Our bedroom door was fiddly to get into and should have been fixed. The receptionists didn’t understand much English and got very confused booking taxis.

Superbe petit hôtel!
Pros:

Pour une nuit en transit depuis l’aéroport. Dépaysement garantie dans cet hôtel bien entretenu. À 5 min à pied du bus ADO. Vous êtes à cancun mais loin de la mer et des lieux touristiques. Petit dej était parfait. Deco comme dans la jungle!
