Eine junge Rezeption Kollegin ist mir ganz besonders sympathisch geworden sie hat mir sehr geholfen, mein Handy ist nass geworden und ich habe die Hoffnung fast aufgegeben doch sie hat mir geholfen mit meiner Familie Kontakt aufzunehmen bis mein Handy wieder repariert war. Ich liebe diese hotel es hat mir sehr gut getan der ur dort. Ich war eine Woche dort

Posizione centrale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione bus. Camera enorme con letto comodissimo. Ottima colazione alla carta e splendido cortile interno dove poter rilassarsi

Eine nette kleine Oase der Ruhe.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft fühlt sich wie eine kleine Oase mitten in Cancún an und das Personal war sehr nett!

Cons:

Es gab nicht ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Handtücher und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr niedrig und der Duschvorhang ist etwas unangenehm.

Pros:

La végétation, tout est magnifique. On se sent tellement bien et déjà un pied au Mexique rien qu’en dormant dans cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner un peu léger mais pour le prix il faut pas s’attendre à un festin.

Pros:

Great budget hotel that is well located in Cancun. Many restaurant options nearby as well as ADO and city buses to get around. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast included is nice, I did not find the portions to be too small as stated in other comments.

Cons:

The humidity in the rooms is a real issue. Towels, bathing suits, absolutely nothing can dry inside of the room. The room itself also has a heavy smell of humidity.

Hôtel magnifique et très agréable, avec un jardin luxuriant et une piscine agréable également. Le personnel est très gentil et toujours prêt à aider.

Emplacement assez lointain et chambres mal insonorisées.

Friendly staff and very nice breakfast which was included and very good value for money.

Lots of plants have it a nice aesthetic

Cons:

We were showed how the AC worked in the room but it still wouldn’t work and the room got very hot during the night. There is a fan which helps but is very loud and we couldn’t hear our alarms any day. If the AC works you’ll be fine.
