First visit to Krakow (and Poland). The hotel is so lovely, quite traditional and in a great location at the top of the Old Town. The staff were lovely, discreet but very helpful. Our room was so nice, we didn’t want to leave! Breakfast buffet was excellent with so much choice for all tastes. Even Prosecco if you wanted to indulge early…. We loved Krakow and the hotel just made our visit perfect. Definitely 100% recommend
Everything was excellent from the friendly staff to clean charming room and quiet area of the old town. Walking distance from the train station.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, doch für 2 Tage ausreichend, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett sehr gut, Bettwäsche, Handtücher von guter Qualität, uns hat es gut gefallen, waren sehr zufrieden!

La habitación estaba bien, puedes dejar las maletas si llegas antes del checking o sales tarde y la ubicacion es muy buena.
La habitación esta toda con moqueta y sinceramente me parece horroroso y bastante sucio ya que son complicadas de limpiar, la limpieza pasaba un poco el aspirador pero no me gusta porque es un criadero de gérmenes. El desayuno me parece muy caro para lo que es
