Abbiamo fatto un soggiorno splendido in un bel hotel situato in una posizione strategica della città
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, praticamente in una delle vie principali della città e vicino alla stazione treni. Ottima colazione dolce e salato, camere ben arredate con gusto e bagni di giusta spaziosità. Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ci ritornerei sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

The room was great, the location brilliant given the historic precinct, just 10 minutes walk from the railway station and a multitude of restaurants speciality shops the noteworthy places to visit within easy walking distance.
What is truly worthy of noting is the breakfast buffet. I recommend the chef's fruit smoothie at breakfast, a speciality of the house.

Solo trip to Krakow.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Staff were lovely. Had a problem with air con but without fuss, the hotel arranged a room upgrade.

Cons:

The bathroom let the hotel down. Cheap shower fittings over the bath with a shower curtain. Toilet seat cheap and could have had soft close at the bare minimum. View from room was not very good.

Pros:

Molto pulito e organizzato bene, anche se sinceramente non capisco da dove provengono 5 stelle , nel bagno molto carino ma non c’era dove appendere asciugamano, mancava anche una mensola per i cosmetici . Letti singoli ma veramente stretti. Però in compenso le signore delle pulizie molto carine come le ragazze alla colazione e personale della reception al check in molto d’aiuto soprattutto alla mia figlia.

Il signore alla reception al check out, molto scortese talmente preso di sé che mi voleva fare pagare due volte la camera .
