The hotel was right down the street from my doctor's appointment

Cons:

There was a cat at the front entrance. Im allergic and very afraid of cats. I didn't know it was a pet friendly hotel otherwise I would have booked somewhere else

Staff was professional and friendly.

Cons:

A very vulgar and belligerent guest that was staying there also who verbally assaulted and threatened me and my husband with a gun. Had nothing to do with the hotel but I do wish they had made him leave the property.

Terrible customer service
Pros:

The General Manager or owner never contacted me after a male manager abruptly hung up on me. As an IHG Platinum member with more than 100 stays per year, I can honestly say I would not recommend this property to anyone.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel was quick to take my money but failed to deliver on its promises and was not truthful when issues arose. Housekeeping also appeared inconsistent, with room servicing and cleaning not being properly tracked or completed as expected.

The management team showed a lack of professionalism and customer service throughout my stay. Since my concerns were ignored and never addressed, this review is the only way I can share my experience with others. I do not expect a response here, just as I never received one from the General Manager or owner.
