A good place to stay at an economical price
Pros:

Location. The staff was very friendly. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioner worked really well, which is especially important to us. Modern looking cabinetry with a full size refrigerator and microwave.

Cons:

Carpeting in the halls was older with stains. There was an odd odor on the 1st floor. Would like a pull under entrance for loading/unloading luggage or my wife when raining.

Excellent experience and location.
Pros:

Customer service and the size of the rooms plus kitchen area. The location was perfect with a nearby French Korean bakery.

The staff was above amazing and always polite and courteous and respectful

Cons:

I was traveling with a special needs adult, and the furniture was unusable old. The room was severely in need of a deep clean. Had to wear shoes on carpet and bathroom floors~ thoroughly filthy. The property is evident that it needs a lot of remodeling and refurbishment. It just was not a very clean facility and furniture again very unusable broken recliner chair ~ old peanut shells flowing out of bottom when trying to use, room should not have been in commission to be honest. The bathroom was in deep need of cleaning and or refurbishment.
Room was very close to the front desk and all through the night the staff would come out of the office and not be aware that the door would slam open and close each and every time and it was not a very peaceful sleep especially for a special needs individual that sleeps lightly.
