El aire acondicionado estaba mal toda la estancia y hubo noches que pasamos calor

The property was very clean and welcoming.
My room has plenty of space and amenities.
Housekeeping staff was great - she kept the room super clean and was super flexible with our timings too.
Location was phenomenal - right in the middle of Magnificent Mile with walking distance to shopping and the beach.
Room was spacious which was great because we had a longer stay.
Good value for money - certainly does the job.
Hotel is aged and no-frills but does the job at the price point.
Elevator takes forever if you hit peak times during the morning when everyone is moving through breakfast, starting the day or checking out.

Convenient to walk to transportation we used (Big Bus and levated trains. View of city was good but windows were very dirty.
Keys stopped working on 2nd day and needed to be replaced. This was a problem as this delayed others from cchecking in who had been waiting for a long time. The other issue is that we were unable to print our boarding pass and clerk couldn't figure out how to do that.

Los ascensores son antiguos y se demoran demasiado tiempo sobretodo las mañanas para desayunar. Se puede variar un poco la comida de los desayunos

O quarto do hotel é bom, com janelas amplas, cama muito boa e banheiro bom.
As pessoas que trabalham no hotel são muito simpáticas e acolhedoras.
Todo o quarto é acarpetado, assim como todas as instalações do hotel, o que causa uma impressão de descuido, de falta de higiene.
As cadeiras do lobby e da sala de café da manhã estão com o estofamento rasgado. Parece que tudo ali não tem recebido o devido cuidado.
O café da manhã é horrível, com pouquíssimas opções, servido em pratos de papel e com talheres de plástico.
Falta um olhar bem mais cuidadoso para todas as instalações.
Outside of the fact that the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, the staff are the best thing about this property. At some point, they will have to do a proper renovation as the age of the building' interior and rooms are obvious but in the meantime, the professionalism and congeniality of the staff will keep people coming back.
Whoever cleaned the room before we arrived left a dishwasher of dirty dishes.

Os ambientes têm carpete em tudo. No lobby e nos elevadores tem um carpete visivelmente sujo, dando um aspecto bem desagaradável; o café da manhã é ruim; o mobiliário do lobby e mezanino está todo puído, rasgado, bem feio mesmo!!
En arrivant on nous a attribué une chambre non nettoyé,on nous en a donné une autre, très bien.

La chambre etait magnifique, vue sur la ville et le lac.
Les 2 derniers jours pas de lait au petit dej, pas digne d un hôtel de ce style.

Roaches and broken a/c in our room
Location was great.
Cleaning days were arbitrary and not at all every other day. We went three days without the room being cleaned at a point. Breakfast is quite limited. Be ready to wait at least for 15 minutes for the elevator in the morning.
