Great location, very pleasant staff (for the most part) but that’s basically it.
Not very clean rooms, pretty low standards for the location as well. More like a half-crappy small studio apartment than a hotel room. The breakfast was beyond horrible, add to that one staff member that “worked” on the breakfast did nothing but splurge compliments and asking for tips; would be better to just drag in a begger from the streets at that point. All other staff was amazing, helpful, polite, kind, and professional.

Everyone who worked there were very nice and helpful. The kitchenettes were well stocked, and the buffet was large.
Rooms were dated and shower and floors dirty. Bed and mattress on fold out couch were thin, lumpy and one rolled into the center of each. The fitness center was dirty, did not have working water dispensers, and none of the cardio equipment had been maintained so that if it worked (only the elliptical machines worked) they were noisily squeaking and clicking when in use.
Location was awesome! Room was huge! Great views of city!
A/C was outdated and didn’t work well. Room was a bit outdated. Small bathroom with no venting.
Hotel room spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Television with lots of channels. Aircon worked well. Can definitely recommend the hotel!

Peguei um quarto com cozinha, mas um pão na torradeira já tocava o alarme de incêndio. Ou seja, era um caos para fazer qualquer coisa. O café da manhã é sofrível, qualquer íbis tem o café da manhã melhor… nada de frios ou quaisquer opções mais elaboradas. Além disso, o booking me deu o valor, eu contratei e coloquei para pagar lá no hotel. Resultado, lá me cobraram 3x mais do que o combinado, problema que ainda não foi resolvido. Simplesmente cobraram no cartão que estava no site… o booking está lavando as mãos.. Escolhi uma hospedagem barata e tolerei a falta de conforto, qualquer luxo, facilidades e até café da manhã pela economia. No fim, me cobraram 3x mais e acabei ficando sem nada.

Very well located hotel with a slight better std north american breakfast. Several good restaurants surrounding. Confortable double suites.
The building requires some renovation, some furniture/decoration condition in private/common áreas are simply unacceptable. (See below)

The swimming pool was out of service. Also the air conditioning wasn't working.

Views of the city were amazing! We were able to drop off our luggage before check in to enjoy the city. Location was great and breakfast was exceptional with an amazing variety of choices waffles with toppings, eggs, and meats were our favorites!

Muy buena ubicacion, a mts de Magnificent Mile. El personal siempre muy amable y buena predisposicion para ayudar. La habitacion para 3 adultos fue confortable con todo lo necesario.
