The veiw was remarkable!!
A wonderful hotel with excellent staff, a great location, and delicious breakfasts. The room is very comfortable. Separate bedroom, beautiful city view and feels just like home. Room has everything you need.
Nothing
The room was amazing! Large, comfortable and filled with everything we could possibly need during our stay.
The first day we were unable to have breakfast because the hotel ran out of everything by 8 am. Breakfast goes from 6 to 10 am.
I loved everything 😍
There wasn't anything not to like, everything was awesome, no complaints.
La ubicacion esta muy buena
Good afternoon, it's been over 72 hours and I still haven't received the $600 deposit. I really consider your company's actions unprofessional and dishonest. I feel completely scammed by you and I don't think I'll ever stay at any of your hotels again.
Lynette the greeter was awesome. She sensed my stress from health issue and took the time to be positive with me. I really appreciated that.
lynette has been super kind and welcoming during our stay. the food during breakfast was delicious. the views from our room was beautiful. definitely recommend.
I love this hotel. Everything is great from the room to the view from the hotel. The seevices was great also. From 6-10am they have free breakfast the food was delicious. A front desks personal named Lynette was very helpful and super kind to us. Overall great hospitality and I recommend this hotel.
OK, Lynette does a great job. I look forward to seeing her every time I come me and my husband come to Northwestern Hospital. She’s been taking care of us and we ever so grateful she is outstanding and she needs a raise.
My wife and I recently spent the weekend at the Homewood Suites - Mag mile. The stay is best presented in bullet points.
The Good:
-Location cannot be beat. Close to all of the Michigan Ave greatest hits. Red line and 66 bus very close.
-Staff were all friendly. Front desk recognized my status at check in. Breakfast staff were friendly.
-The views and spaciousness of the room were fantastic.
-The price was great.
The Bad:
-There were elevator issues all weekend. Folks were lined up in the lobby and mezzanine level, continually. Often times, an elevator would stop at your floor and it was full. This could happen a few times with each attempt to board. It was brutal. There were no apologies. No signage indicating as such. At a minimum, providing ground floor access to get to the mezzanine via the locked stairwell could have helped (at least at breakfast time). It was handled absolutely horribly. Perhaps, one of my worst Hilton property experiences. I rarely do a 'poor' review. But, this warrants it.
-My room (3315) was rather tired. There were iron burns on the living room table/cushion and there were exposed drywall holes and seemingly burn marks where something had previously been affixed to the bedroom wall. Both were indicative of someone in charge just not caring enough. That said, the room was clean.
The location was great.
The elevator was horrible. Waited up to 30 min just to leave. Every time we used the elevator....we waited and waited.
Front desk had a line with only one person working and they could have used more staff. One of the elevators was down which led to a super long wait. Breakfast was sub-optimal but we did go toward the very end due to the elevator delay. Lynette, the greeter was phenomenal!! I would go back just to see her!
Great location. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Elevators were very slow.
Best part-Lynette! She is the hotel’s lovely greeter.
Lynette was extremely helpful and had great recommendations. I would definitely come back to the hotel and the city.
