Grand City Hotel Cancun - Near Market 28

Good overall choice for a night. A bit dark and felt like a "night spot". Quiet when we were there. Good price.

Nice small hotel in centric downtown close by a 24hrs Walmart for the midnight munchies. Room was equipped with working AC unit, mini fridge and big smarttv.

We loved Our stay at Grand city hotel. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It's a bar a few buildings down where you can sit outside and listen to some nice rock music. The whole vibe was good, they kept the property very clean, every day they were cleaning. We will be back and will stay with Grand City hotel again and again!!!

Ive stayed here many times, the staff are super friendly, the rooms huge and its very convenient having microwave, fridge free water and the little seating terrace outside room 207. Easy to walk to walmart and the bus stops. Parts look a bit tired now sadly and the wifi doesnt work well in the rooms. The pool area is lovely,good value short stay

Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Great location for a New Year's eve celebration of sorts, and short walking distance to Oxxo and good restaurants. Easy access to bus that takes you to the beaches. We had a great time. The only problem is there is no sink appropriate for washing dishes. Suitable only for a short stay. Great price for the value.

The toilets smelled really bad and was not very clean. The rooms smelled bad as well

The location is great but the hotel it self is outdated and the room clean should have improve. I was had skin reaction after sleep one night. I have to ask for clean bed sheet and towel. There is one bar just two blocks away and they are running loud music till midnight.

The staff's so kindly.

The chef Karime was excellent and extremely accommodating.. the staff immediately responded to questions about distances and what was nearby and how to access it. Candy, Aracely, Dora, Aisela, Ana , Francisco and Alvaro kept us all functioning (tv and all else)and made our stay here rewarding and memorable It was a great stay!
