Hotel Restaurant Camp del Serrat

A wonderful family Run establishment. This clean, well kept hotel was beyond expectation. They were helpful and friendly, with a vast array of languages spoken. The food was exceptional and far more than anyone could consume. Breakfast was complete with fantastic, warm croissants that were superb with many add ons including hot breakfast options. Located among many excellent hiking trails these accommodations are a must when visiting Andorra. The family paid exceptional attention to detail and definitely are willing and more than happy to go that extra step to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable.

Très bel hôtel de charme, au calme, proche de la nature. Le personnel est agréable et toujours aux soins de ses clients. Belles chambres spacieuses. Les petits déjeuners sont de qualité et copieux. Le restaurant fournit un menu varié et tout fait maison avec beaucoup de goût. 2e séjour et toujours aussi satisfait!

Nice log fire in the resturant, good food and very large portions. In winter hotel warm and plenty of hot water in rooms. Convenient for ski slopes at about a 20 minute drive away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar only opens at 7.30pm at the same time as the restaurant which is a bit annoying if you want a drink before dinner. No tea and coffee in rooms but that might be a general thing in Andorra. Also the daily room cleaning could have been a bit better . Very good value for price.

Hemos pasado un finde de maravilla en el hotel, cena de 10, servicio de 10, amabilidad y entorno de 10. No puedes pedir más. Repetiremos en breve seguro.

Really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful location. Rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. Attached restaurant is fairly priced, and staff is nice. Most speak decent English -- enough to communicate well. Would recommend to anyone.

Vistas increíbles era de postal, todo nevadito.pedimos cama de matrimonio, y nos dieron dos camas pequeñas juntas.

Great hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you. Very clean. Home cooked food is delicious and you will never go hungry. Highly recommend.

Hotel agradable y tranquilo, situado en un lugar privilegiado pero que se resiente en el servicio por la falta de profesionales a su cargo. Ni una indicación hasta llegar al hotel en lo alto de una montaña, lo que te lleva a pensar cuando llevas un buen rato conduciendo que te has equivocado. Personal de hostelería que no habla casi nada de español, haciendo difícil el entendimiento. Buffet del desayuno tremendame pobre y desatendido ( falta fiambre, falta pan de molde porque no había otro, un dia puesto directamente del paquete, sin posibilidad de tostar, otro dia sacado ya tostado como una piedra, faltan platos, faltan tazones, que hay que pedir ) en vez de estar pendiente de reponer el pobre Buffet que preparan. Lavabo atascado desde el primer día y al final sin arreglar. En fin, un hotel precioso pero mal gestionado.

The hotel and restaurant are very scenic. My girls loved the goats in the corral by the parking lot. The accommodations are a bit rustic but that gives it charm. There was an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. Our room was a corner with big wooden windows without any screens and 4 single beds and no fridge in the room. A tiny old fashioned TV high in one corner. The continental breakfast in the morning was very nice. We enjoyed a short walk along the biking and hiking trails high above a lake. It was peaceful and nice to be out of the city. You have to drive a twisty steep road that dead ends to arrive at this hotel.

Bem localizado. Encontra-se a poucos km de distância de Andorra a Velha, sendo deste modo um local calmo e de puro contacto com a natureza. No entanto, encontra-se perto suficiente de várias localidades circundantes. Bom local para descansar em família ou em casal. Tem muitas actividades perto do lago. como desportos aquáticos e terrestres. Ideal para toda a família.

This is a very nice, relaxing place to stay. Located in the mountains high above Andorra la Vella, it is surround by lush green trees. There is a walking path to the lake. My Garmin GPS could not locate the hotel, so we had to ask the locals who were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Once we were on the right road we could not miss it - it is right at the end.

Surrounded by the mountains with hiking trails and a lake it was a wonderful retreat from the busy streets of Barcelona.

Lo recomiendo, es un lugar perfecto para ir en familia, amigos,parejas,además puedes llevar mascotas, el trato es muy bueno la limpieza muy buena,lo único que no me gusto mucho fue la cama, el colchón de blando y de muelles, pero la habitación acogedora y las vistas preciosas,solo desayune,era un pequeño bufé pero tenias de todo,muy bueno.
El entorno es espectacular, montaña, pinar,rutas..volveremos!!
