Great location in a lovely building in the middle of Milaflores around Kennedy Park
Environment is a little bit noisy especially in the night and morning times
Pleasant, guest-friendly staff, clean lobby, room, bathroom & shower, comfortable mattreses and quite at night :).
Charming façad with reat location in Miraflores district, and conveniently is closeby Aeroport express bus stop.
Next time I am in Lima I would definately consider it.

Nothing I did not like. This said the electric socets in my room were US type only (flat), with no round wholes.

O quarto térreo teve dois problemas: barulho de pessoas no corredor e na área externa e janela que não dava privacidade; a janela dava para um pátio interno que era caminho de passagem de hóspedes.

It was very noisy at night due to traffic and people in the street
The building and common areas are very nice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was away from the street snd quiet.
The neighbourhood is delightful, bustling and safe with so many choices of things to do, see and places to eat. We were happy to be there 4 days and would go back.
The room was comfortable and quite clean but the bathroom countertop needed a deep cleaning.
The breakfast was very basic and we found better value (and coffee) in nearby cafés
