위치 하나만큼은 정말 최고

숙소의 외관과 로비 인테리어 그리고 위치만큼은 최고이지만, 정작 객실은 매우 오래되고 허름합니다. 저녁에는 실내가 너무 더워 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 객실 손님들도 방문을 열어놓고 있었습니다. 벽걸이 선풍기에는 먼지가 가득해 남는 선풍기를 요청했으나, 새로 가져다준 선풍기는 상태가 더 심각했고 심지어 객실 콘센트와 호환조차 되지 않아 아예 사용할 수 없었습니다.
무엇보다 가장 불쾌했던 점은 직원의 태도였습니다. 레이트 체크아웃 문제로 상담하던 중, 플랫폼을 통해 더 저렴하게 재예약하려 하자 직원이 저희 예약 내역이 적힌 종이를 보란 듯이 구기는 행동을 하여 매우 당황스러웠습니다. 추가 숙박료를 지불하는 과정에서도 티도 안 나는 미세한 스크래치가 있는 20달러 지폐를 트집 잡으며 결제를 거부하는 모습을 보면서 이용 후기를 꼭 남겨야겠다 싶어 플랫폼 예약을 취소하고 저녁 늦게
근무하고 있던 낮과는 다른 친절한 직원분께 기존 금액으로 연장결제를 했습니다. 낮에 근무하던 해당 직원 때문에 숙박 내내 로비를 오갈 때마다 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 숙소 위치만 보고 결정하신다면 추천이지만 그 외에는 썩 추천하고 싶지 않은 숙소입니다.

Courtoisie du personnel qui ont pu nous libérer une chambre tôt le lendemain, car nous avions dû changer vu la disponibilité restreinte.
Décor et salon contenant plusieurs livres sur le Pérou et son histoire.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner qui n'est plus inclut. Mais il y a plusieurs bons endroits autour.
