Cons:

The airplane noise from the outside ventilators. Rediculous and outragious. When I asked for a another room, I got a smaller one. Which I did not mind. But I still had to pay for the suite.

El baño huele mal y el buffet es incómodo. Lo cierran puntualmente a las 10, inclusive si estás sirviéndote desde antes de esa hora. No alcanzamos a comer bien. Es primera vez que esto nos sucede en un hotel alrededor del mundo.

Hotel con discoteque-eventos - música no deja dormir

Que el día jueves 18 de junio, volviendo de un largo día de trabajo - razón por la que habíamos hecho la reserva en este hotel, para descansar y reponerse para trabajar nuevamente el viernes, había un evento con la música a todo volumen que no permitía descansar, menos dormir. Reclamé la primera vez a las 22:00 hrs, nos dijeron q la música se acababa a las 23:30, cosa que no ocurrió, nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación a esa hora…, después llamamos nuevamente molestos, y nos dijeron q el “evento” duraba hasta las 3 am. Ahí nuestro reclamo fue mas duro, y dió resultado, cortaron la música aprox 00:30

Super hotel, muy buen servicio

El personal super amable, limpio y el desayuno muy bueno
