Bien ubicado pero para ser parte del Hilton sus protocolos de atencion al cliente son nulos

El día 14 de febrero del 2026 no hubo servicio de agua durante toda la mañana. Justo cuando tenía previsto utilizar el jacuzzi, se presentó el inconveniente antes mencionado, lo cual me impidió hacer uso de las instalaciones por lo que había pagado.

Esta situación se prolongó hasta las 12:00 p. m., hora en la que debía realizar el check-out, generándome un gran malestar, ya que el costo del servicio fue elevado y finalmente no pude disfrutar adecuadamente de las instalaciones. Gracias
