the perfect vacay
Pros:

This place was honestly a dream come true and one of my top favorite stays I've ever had. Hotel was so beautiful & clean. Breakfast was delicious with a pretty big selection (Imma really miss that).

Rooms were beautiful. again. a dream come true. Nothing will compare.

It was accessible to everything and staff was friendly.
Pros:

Staff was helpful, breakfast was decent. Having cold water, cold tea and fresh cookies at check-in was a nice touch. They accommodated my requests for early check in and a higher floor and discounted the parking due to a miscommunication on my part.

Cons:

The sheets were cleaned but the room was not cleaned properly, not sure if it was because I requested early check in and they didn’t do a thorough clean but I was disappointed.

Fantastic service and spacious rooms
Pros:

I had the best experience staying here from the moment I entered through check out. All employees were helpful and friendly and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A wonderful stay, and I will absolutely be back.

Very nice hotel and would highly recommend.
Pros:

Great staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Rooms are well appointed and always clean. Stay is relaxing and quiet. We stay here regularly as a UCI patient and always enjoy our stay. Staff us very accommodating. Would have rated as excellent but there is always room to improve and grow.

Pros:

O hotel é novo, muito limpo, muito bem localizado e com um infraestrutura excelente. Quarto grande, comportou bem 4 adultos e 6 malas grandes. Até o café da manhã, para padrão americano, atende muito bem o que brasileiros estão habituados a comer. As toalhas de banho e rosto são novas, bem brancas e cheirosas! Cama excelente e roupa de cama tão limpa quanto as de banho. Não menos importante, há lavanderia self service dentro do hotel, o que ajuda muito quando a viagem é mais longa. Certamente voltarei!!!!

Fantastic, recommended!
Pros:

Fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable, and safe. We had a night out together for our anniversary, and the front desk greeted us with a gift and congratulations upon checking in. The room was well-appointed, clean, and had everything we needed. Good breakfast and easy check-in/out. Fantastic stay.

Pros:

Ayres Hotel Orange delivers immaculate California vibes from the moment you arrive. The property is impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team does a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent — fresh, well organized, and a great way to start the day.

The service truly stands out. Brooke at the front desk does a fantastic job — professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, making every interaction seamless. I also had a minor maintenance issue during my stay, and the team resolved it immediately, which speaks volumes about how well the hotel is run.

Highly recommend staying here when in Orange.

Lovely hotel very close to UCI Medical Center
Pros:

I really enjoyed my short stay at this lovely hotel. They were very accommodating. I stayed at this hotel because it was walking distance to UCI Medical Center hospital where my dear friend was undergoing surgery. I asked if it was possible to get early check in. Christopher arranged for me to get into my room by 11:00 am. The room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast they offered was delicious with a variety of items to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good value close to Disneyland
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. They offer a decent free American breakfast. It’s a quick 5 minute drive to Disneyland, stores and restaurants. In my opinion it was a good value compared to what other hotels closer to Disney were charging.

Cons:

There is a daily parking fee of $15 + tax. They have laundry facilities but only 1 washer and 1 dryer for everyone ($4 to wash & $4 to dry) The air conditioner was next to the bed blowing on you so you’d freeze. The units didn’t regulate to the set temperature so they would run constantly and then we’d have to raise the temp to get it to turn off then it would get hot again and we’d repeat the cycle .
