Saubere grosse Zimmer, Bad hatten wir eine begehbare Dusche gewählt und auch bekommen. Allerdings wie überall ohne Handbrause, nur Duschkopf an der Wand. Lage Downtown ok, aber sehr laute Strasse.Preis Leistung ok aber nicht überragend
Lage an sehr lauter Hauptverkehrsstrasse, da ausgebucht zimmer nur in den unteren Etagen erhältlich, obwohl wir bereits um 10.00 Uhr vor Ort waren wurden wir nicht eingecheckt in eine bessere Lage des Zimmers. Bett sehr durchgelegen. Altmodisch eingerichtet. Laute Klimaanlage von aussen zu hören.
Frühstück auch für amerikanische Verhältnisse nicht wirklich gut.
Insgesamt Preis zu hoch für die Leistung.

Good location. Nice room with kitchenette. Good breakfast buffet.
In the lobby the candy bars are placed at the eye level of a 3 year old. When my 2 three year olds saw the candy in reach and then wanted one I went to the desk to pay for it. Almost $5 per small candy bar?? Ridiculous! I spent a lot of money for the hotel room and didn’t appreciate the hotel trying to make money off of tired little travelers. Put the candy up higher or lower the prices.
Wonderful hotel, great and friendly staff available whenever i needed something. Great breakfast, room was super comfortable and great amenities.
Room was spacious and clean
Toilet did not flush and hotel was unable to fix it. They didn't even have a plunger available after the maintenance crew left for the day. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby. We were on the third floor in an ADA room. We spoke with the manager and she awarded us Hyatt points for a free night's stay at any Hyatt in the future.
The hotel is nice and clean. The issue is with all of the additional fees that aren’t clear when booking. We were traveling with a dog and the pet fee says $75 online it was $100 when I checked in. The $25 parking isn’t communicated well. If I knew it was going to be that much I would have just stayed somewhere else. They’re much nicer more interesting places to stay at that price.
The front desk staff were unhelpful and came across as rude. They seemed unable to answer questions or make any decisions without first contacting a manager, who was not onsite.
The interaction typically went like this:
Guest: "There's a discrepancy with my reservation."
Agent: "I can't help with that. Let me check with the manager."
20 minutes later...
Agent: "The manager said no."
Guest: "Can you explain why?"
Agent: "No, that's just what I was told."
This created unnecessary delays and made it difficult to get simple questions answered. The front desk staff appeared to have little authority, and every request seemed to be denied by management without explanation. The hotel also seemed understaffed, and the front desk agent was clearly overwhelmed.
I expect a much higher level of customer service from a Hyatt property.

I checked in with my family a day after they did, was told that my parking would be covered on the room by the desk , a week later I received a parking ticket for the parking in the garage.
They would not respond to emails on the matter and ignored my issue completely even to the general manager’s office.
The room was squeaky clean, and the King suite was well equipped with hotspots and everything you'd need to make a light supper. The location was very walkable to many sites downtown. I also liked that the breakfast choices were plentiful and healthy.
To the hot tub needed a good painting on the bottom. I suspect he was clean, because everything else in the hotel was clean, but it was hard to tell because the paint was old and stained.
De locatie. Het hotel is centraal gelegen, makkelijk bereikbaar en een parkeergarage ernaast.
Airco maakt veel lawaai en in de kamers in de buurt van de lift hoor je het piepje dat de lift er is.

For a three star hotel I hated paying $375 a night and not getting housekeeping every night. $10
for a cup of Coldstone ice cream was steep pricing. I had a hole in the mattress in my bed.
