Staff was fast and friendly. Easily made modifications to the reservation when I needed to extend an additional day. Parking was easy and safe, the hotel room and common areas were clean.

Location close to where our event was
I had booked a 2 queen bed room online, but was "upgraded" to a king bed. I had reserved 2 queens because I was traveling with my daughter and wanted separate beds. We ended up checking out a day earlier then planned and no refund was deemed.

Amazing customer service. Above and beyond expectations! Answer all of my tourists questions-places to go, transit ect. I Also had special requests about my reservation. They handled it easily.
The rooms are always clean and big. The beds are soft.
My only con is the pool area needs fixxed the edge is missing some tile and my daughter cut her hand on it.

Easy location, decent rooms, terrible breakfast. Staff was nice and parking was right on sight. Quick trip from the Airport.
Everything was so clean. The food was beyond my expectation. We loved the pool area. The only thing that needed improvement was the hot tub because the actual jets did not work.
