Pros:

The clean up of the room was done but empty kleenex box not replaced for several days. The room was occasionally provided with paper glasses but not replaced everyday. The room had no phone and no clock: I had to to go a local store to buy glasses and an alarm clock to compensate for those deficiencies. Considering the price of the room, it was well under expectations.

Friendly staff. They have been very kind and responsive when I needed help. Less bureaucracy, maximum efficiency. Location is great with walkable distance to areas of interest and easy access to the public transport. Environment friendly measures are remarkable and appreciated.

Terrible place, awful stay with high price

Very squeezy room, difficult to turn around ot open suitcases, narrow rack can only hang 3 jackets, shelves less than 20cm width, no hooks on the wall. No heating when temperature was about 5°C in nights. The 1st night, I feel very cold and could not sleep. My husband went to front desk to ask for more comforter. They said only house keep can provide it & had to wait till 10am next morning. We waited in our room & got conforters next morning. But during nights I still had bad headache because the room is very cold & my head was cold. During high check-in hours, only 2 staffs & we waited more than 20min to get our luggage. The front desk staffs are rude. Terrible place and awful stay, yet they charge over $300 per night.
