I liked the room, location the popl was great and the breakfast was pretty good.
The air conditonng was kind of loud, but I was tired enough to sleep through the night.
The Hotel met my expectations and the staff, Derek was really friendly, helpful and kind. They offered us a rolling bed and they where always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. I really appreciate it.
none.
When we checked in. the room key did not work and we could not open the door to the room, nor could the manager. Something was wrong with the door itself. To his credit, the manager did find us another room. There was no fresh fruit at breakfast. Bananas or something would be nice.
I will never return to this hotel. The general manager, Lauren, sat in the breakfast area with a man and spoke so poorly about the President of the US. Not the place or time to have such a loud discussion on politics. She had told my husband and I when checking in, a few days ago, that she wanted to retire but the company begged her to stay. She is no prize. She is a dime a dozen. Trump derangment syndrome! I will say Kayla was a pleasure. She works hard. Gave us some restaurant recommendations.
The included breakfast was very good.
The staff was super friendly.
The price seemed pretty steep for how old the hotel was. Our room seemed clean- but the pool/hot tub area really needs to be redone. It is showing its age especially the bathroom in the swimming pool area.
The location was great. The front desk person at check in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The room was very roomy and worked well with our family.
The hot tub was closed which was one of the reason's why we choose this hotel. The pool area floor and pool itself was full of hair. The hot water in our room was warm at best. Guests also were loud in the lobby sitting around until 2:30 in the a.m.
It was good except the first morning my grand daughter grabbed a milk and it was sour then grabbed another one same thing. I talked with the girl working about it gave her the two milk cartons and didn’t seem to concerned.
The hot tub was out of order😩
Breakfast was not great. No fresh fruit.
BREAKFAST
The pool was amazing. Good size and loved there was a hot tub and sauna. Great to have a tub in the bathroom since most hotels are doing away with that.
The hotel itself was alittle pricey.
I would have like a more fresh breakfast with a little larger selection of non-processed foods
The check-in Rep (I believe his name was Andrew??) was excellent. Very courteous, friendly, and checked us in quickly.
The room was in excellent shape. Very quiet and we slept great!
The morning breakfast was excellent! The best options we've ever had. :)
There's honestly nothing we disliked. It was a little pricy for us, but we came during the Fall Festival weekend, so it made sense. :/
