Pros:

Staff was very helpful to assist with our request to upgrade our room with the top up of payment.

Cons:

1) The bed frames looked very old/ used. The bed wasn't very comfortable.
2) Though the room is upgraded to grand junior suite, but the toiletry like shampoo and shower cream can be improved. E.g. shampoo and shower cream can be in a nicer 100ml bottle since meant for grand junior suite.

Convinent, space, got channel 8. Hot water even on basin tap. Clean.

Able to hear slightly sound of their prayer around 4am start. Maybe is my room.
