Pros:

The staff is excellent. Best ever. Couldn't be happier with the service. They were very helpful to a non-Russian speaker. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fitness center was not open during my stay. Check first with the hotel if that's important for your stay.

Придорожный дом с бассейном и хамам в Красногорске
Pros:

Заехали ночью часа в два. Администратор попросил предъявить паспорта. Начал снимать копию. Ему в спокойном тонн было сказано что делать копии не нужно, пусть предъявит форму продивание для заполнения. Выразил недоумение да как так мы мол всегда ксерим паспорта. Возмутился. Сделал пару комментариев к нашей просьбе. В итоге все закончилось благополучно. Пошли в номер спать. На завтрак не пошли так как номер брали без завтраков да и особо некогда было уже с утра. Всесто этого сходили в бассейн и финскую сауну и хамам. Особо понравился вид из сауны на бассейн!!! Классно придумали! Выезд попросили на пол часа передвинуть. Приятно что отнеслись к этому с пониманием. Уж больно понравились бассейн и сауны. Дверь при входе в номер очень туго открывается. Слабакам будет сложновато. Бесплатной бутилированной воды в номере нет. Поставить пару бутылок в номер недорого а гостям приятно. Когда открываешь окно доносится сильный шум с дороги. Кстати какой изумительный мини сад находится на территории комплекса за гостиницей. Просто сказака. Молодцы! По остальному все понравилось спасибо!!!
