The hot shower
They started loud maintenance early in the morning. The bed is really hard and short with a plastic sheet under the regular sheet that makes you sweat during the night. Seems like a very empty hotel
Great location right in the city center and a very, very spacious apartment with modern finishes. I was staying only for a short time, but it'd be a perfect place to stay even for longer, given there's so much space, kitchen, appliances and so on.
Everything was perfect. Can't complain about anything, especially with this price.
Location
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building, which has no elevator. The staircase is narrow and quite steep, making it difficult to access the apartment—even with just a backpack. Guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues may find this particularly challenging.
The bedroom is extremely small, just wide enough to fit the bed, with little to no additional space. The bed itself is not suitable for two people, even if both are quite slim. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were not comfortable, which affected the overall quality of sleep.
The bedroom has jalousie-style blinds, but they do not effectively block out light, so the room remains bright throughout the day and early morning hours, which could be problematic for light sleepers.
The bathroom was generally acceptable; however, the sink is extremely small—only large enough for a child’s hand—making it very difficult to perform basic tasks like washing your face.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult or even impossible to work on a laptop.

La sala de lobby, el cuarto de baño y mini cafetería disponible ante el check in y check out. La gente muy presta y a la espera procurando guiar o explicar lo disponible desde el sector para Medellín y sus conexiones viales

El personal, siempre fueron muy amables
La habitación es demasiado pequeña, el baño nunca lo pudimos cerrar, la cama muy dura y si nos movíamos sonaba, el Internet es pésimo y eso que estaba en el primer piso y la habitación no contaba con espejo.
