The rooms are small. If you don't tell the hotel staff, they won't clean the bathroom or take out the trash daily. The pool wasn't in service. They didn't have room service. There was no ice when we asked for it. It's supposed to be smoke-free. The man downstairs was smoking marijuana. I told the hotel, but they did nothing. The breakfast was average, always cold food. Very expensive for such poor service. I would never return

Ya no es tan comodo y bueno como lo fue.

Ha desmejorado en varias cosas, el aire aun en la noche,no enfriaba lo suficiente, reserva de 3 personas y no dejaron toallas para todos los huéspedes, pedimos la adicional y nos pasaron una pequeña que da la impresión ser de pies, en el restaurante las opciones de desayuno son limitadas; punto a favor, el convenio de parqueadero con Unicentro,

Pros:

After 6 years of going there. I always get flight and hotel as a package and my gf stays with me. A room for 2, but now they charge her extra guest fee.
Wifi was mostly rebooting. I don’t have a local mobile, so wifi was important. Had to sit in the lobby for something stable.
Breakfast use to be really good. Is slowly going down to just basics.
Was the first time I was really unhappy there.

La cadena me gusta, pero el hotel tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, en mi habitación me entregaron toallas raídas y deshilachadas, la luz del baño del espejo no servía, ya no dejan agua de cortesía.
