Pros:

受付もスムーズ。中国でこれほどスムーズにいったのは初かも（笑）。駅から近いし、コンビニも近い。商店は目の前だし。

Pros:

辦理入住手續時找不到訂房資料，房間隔音效果極差，整理房務的工作車都停在我的房外感覺很差，旁邊在施工中，一大早就轟轟轟的聲音，總而言之這是一個很差的住宿經驗

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Very near a metro station. It’s part of a commercial building.
Big, comfortable beds. For a family of 3 staying 6 nights, we paid less than S$20 per person per night. Very good value for money.

My experience at Kaiserdom Hotel
Pros:

I chose this hotel mainly because it's very closed to my conference site and the subway station. The front desk service and room, including the bathroom were fine with me. However, it would be good if the housekeeping staff were aware that the roll of toilet paper was near its end and have a new one stocked in the bathroom. I understand it might be stolen by others but ... It was a challenge to use the TV and phone in my room. Both of them were working for some reasons that it took me a long time to figure it out that they're disconnected. My TV was fixed the second night eventually. I overheard another customer also had the same problem with his TV.
