O custo é elevado; provavelmente é o melhor hotel do local e por isso cobram um preço acima da entrega. A comida no restaurante deixa um pouco a desejar.
It was quiet, no noise from anywhere in the room
The room leaked water and we were not offered another room suitable for us. The staff seemed sometimes totally overworked and not in control of things. Breakfast lagged finesse, just food with no style or class, dinner was just about ok, but very small portions.
The location of the hotel ir really good and the room was big and very comfortable.
The quality of the food is low and the spa is not included in the price you have to pay additional, also the staff at the reception is not friendly. I would not go back is overpriced for what you have included

A very busy hotel with nice, but small, clean rooms. Evening meals are very busy and overcrowded, we struggle to get a table and breakfast same. But staff are pleasant

Very well located, just by Ministerio del Cultura, which is great if you need to wake up early to buy tickets. The spa was really nice.
The food is average.
Miguel provided us amazingly 10 star service at dinner and breakfast. His omelettes started our day off right!
Location
Extra payments for a 5 year old in a family/suite room, and additional charges for a number of things was extremely disappointing. €180 for a 5 year old for 2 nights is extremely expensive. The room itself can easily fit 2 adults and 1 child so having to pay for a huge amount for the child was extortionate. Additionally the breakfast and lunch was extremely poor.
Great location in heart of village - dinner included in the price and decent quality food.
Insects inside the room, room card didn’t work to begin with and had to have it reactivated. The hotel does the job but isn’t memorable.

José and the colleagues behind the bar and kitchen did an amazing job. The food was incredible and the drinks were also really tasty. Jose was so kind and friendly and made our visit memorable. Definitely recommend!
Location location location … the hotel is located in the heart of Aguas Calientes, just a small walk of the main square, market, train station, bus station … no more than 5 mins walk anywhere. The bar is great - Jose did a great job mixing our pisco sours and letting us man the music tablet for a nice bohemian night. The dining room restaurant was also nice. Great choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Roger the maitre D seem to always be there and running a tight ship. Miguel at the breakfast omelette/egg station was fantastic every morning. We visited the other well known hotels, all nice, but for us El MaPi was a great balance of all we enjoyed and then location location location!
