1. The front desk staff were not very friendly at all.
2. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
3. There is a bar directly adjacent and there was loud music the night we got there.
4. Breakfast offering was poor.

Our room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel had numerous maintenance and service issues. The toilet lid in the common bathroom near the entry lobby was removed and not replace, which in my opinion is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. It was not working properly for two days and remained unfixed when I left.

The elevator button on my floor wasn’t working.

At checkout, the staff gave me a review form and pressured me to complete it on the spot. I declined because I had several concerns to share and did not want to rush my feedback.

The reception staff were also somewhat rude to our group and other guests when we asked how soon we could check in. We were told that even if rooms were ready, hotel policy would not allow guests to access them early. This rigid and unfriendly policy, combined with the way it was communicated, was disappointing.

Overall, the maintenance, service, and guest experience fall far below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel should be rated no more than one star.

Disappointing breakfast which also closed at 9.30am on the dot.
Staff were generally quite officious. Made it difficult for us to check out of one of our suites 1 hr later than 10am.
Didn’t explain that you had to book the 1 hour spa slot in advance and felt slightly that we were tourists being churned through

La atención en recepción, especialmente, o al menos ese era nuestro caso, si no vas en tour. Parece que les molestes. La poca calidad y la rigidez en los horarios de las comidas. El personal del comedor, poco amable para lo que hemos encontrado en otros hoteles en todo Perú y mucho menos atento. La ubicación, situado en una calle saturada de oferta de bares y restaurantes. El ruido, que aunque puedes descansar, no dejas de oír ruido que viene de todos los establecimientos cercanos.
