Bem localizada, acomodação confortável. Porém jantar deixou muito a desejar. Não vale o valor que cobra.

Excelente estadía en relación al precio ! La atención mucha amabilidad , rica la comida y además muy cerca de la plaza central y estación de bus a Machupichu

Gostamos do café, dos ovos mexidos, das passas e geléias.
A cama é grande e muito confortável.
A equipe é muito atenciosa, em especial o funcionário que auxilia levando e trazendo as bagagens da estação ferroviária.

This popular hotel has pros and cons.
The customer service is horrible and the front staff are like robots, not pleasant at all, stressed and really unwilling to help. I had two matters that were easy to solve, but got no understanding nor courtesy, even if one of the matter regarded a sick child.
The service at dinner was really disorganized as well, we got our dinner before having been offered something to drink, even water. Drinks were super expensive, our glass of wine was twice the price of a glass of wine in the most elegant restaurant in Cusco :/. We were charged for the same water at dinner that you get for free in the lobby which was quite outrageus :) Confused servers and far from a warm attitude from staff throughout our stay.
The rooms were clean and comfortable although the shower flooded the whole bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, very tasty, fresh and a lot to choose from. It was very comfortable to get the service to take luggage to the train station!
I am a tour leader and will not be coming back here with my next group, really not worth it I am sorry to say.

Complexe impressionnant au cœur de la ville.
Un peu déçue toutefois du côté usine. Les groupes devraient être accueillis à part.
Salle de restaurant et petit déjeuner très bruyante.
Cela manque un peu de l'âme d'Inkaterra.
Toutefois, le rapport qualité prix reste exceptionnel, les chambres et suites spacieuses et le personnel très gentil.

this is a glorified hostel, definitely NOT a 4* hotel as advertised. they provided the basic bare minimum and also cut corners there. Its right in the middle of the market snd surrounded by restaurants with paper thin walls so you can hear everything till all the shops close for the day and hopefully your next door neighbour doesnt loudly knock at 3am. The bathroom has no ventilation, no bath slippers, no bodywash gel or lotion provided, no coffee machine. The bedsheets made me itch. If our stay was any longer than 12 hours, I would have run away and found a different place.

This hotel is very centrally located which has its pro’s and con’s which probably depends on what sort of traveller you were.

I was a solo traveller who was staying for two nights for my Machu Picchu experience.

The walk from the hotel is only 5 mins so excellent and easy to get to from the train station so as a solo traveller it was so easy to find.

Check in was extremely busy but pretty quick and friendly.

Room was actually pretty good. The shower was really great with such good pressure and lovely hot water!

Bed was comfy as well.

Now the downside for me was the noise. You hear everything and everyone. So if after a long day you want to return to your room and perhaps chill out early at 8 you keep hearing thumping music and street notice until midnight. So just if you are slightly a more quiet lover. I would not recommend this hotel.
