Good accommodation but disappointing catering
Pros:

It is one of the most expected stay of our one-week safari game driving trip which we especially request to have a stay in view of the reputable brand and its renowned high quality. The location was good and the decoration was fabulous, room and services were great to be honest. However, the dinner had disappointed us the most, we were having our first dinner at Nuru Restaurant. Other than the mains of perch and pork ribs , we ordered an ostrich carpaccio as an appetiser as it was rarely seen in other restaurants. The quality was far from satisfactory, it tasted like cured meat and heavily sprinkled with salt and pepper, it was too salty to be eaten that we had to reflect to this waitress and leave most of the dish untouched. A replacement was made, it was with no salt but still taste like ham. Not to mention the mains were of standards which you found in a chain restaurant. Pork ribs were not tender, perch was a bit overcooked and without a taste of freshness. The catering downgraded the whole experience a lot. It was not one of the meals that you are expecting for a five star lodge and it was not reflecting the price it charges. Yet we appreciated that the catering management came to understand our comments at the end of the meal and sincerely attended to us.

On the second day, food was better, perhaps due to less bookings of stay there, anyhow, food was still of mediocre standard. Merits went to the customer services and antique design of the lodge.

Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful! We loved it. Staff was very friendly, food was good, got to see plenty of animals from our room! But be prepared to pay more money by the end. Considering how much we paid for the room, we would’ve thought the airport transfer should’ve been included for free, but nope. $200 each way. That is very expensive. Also, they charge a national park fee daily. We had to pay an extra 1.2K. Just an FYI. But we enjoyed everything.

Pros:

Hotel lindíssimo! A piscina é perfeita. Quartos muito bons. Única coisa que deixou a deseja foi a comida, faltou comida típica, achamos a comida muito americanizada.

Pros:

The door latch was broken on our door and wasn’t fixed. The patio door had to be fixed twice and there was a leak with the AC. Also we weren’t picked up at the airport as promised.

Pros:

This resort was hands down the best accommodation I have stayed at. The staff were all welcoming, and able to accommodate to our every need. To knowing us on a name basis and our preferences. Our personal driver Emmanuel was amazing as well, and was able to help us find all of the big 5 animals

Pros:

Fantastic hospitality in a truly remarkable place. The Serengeti is a must-see destination that the Four Seasons handles fantastically. From the drive to the hotel to the food the game drives we were treated so well. We also saw an unbelievable amount of animals just from the resort. Would definitely love to return!

Pros:

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Four Seasons Serengeti. What more is there to say than it was a stunning experience.

The location is completely mesmerizing, with miles of savannah stretching out from the resort. You can lounge on your balcony and see herds of zebras, giraffes, and even elephants grazing in the distance.

The resort is top notch, with excellent and well maintained facilities.

The staff were incredible - they knew our names and preferences from the beginning, and their kindness and generosity was exemplified by the stellar service.

The game drives were incredible, our driver made an extra effort to ensure we saw all the animals we wanted (with the limitations of this being a reserve with wild animals).

This could be the best Four Seasons in the world...it is certainly the most unique.

Serenity in the Serengeti
Pros:

Picked up by Jacob at the Seronera Airstrip, where he provided a lunch for us after long travels. If you've never stayed at a Four Seasons before, it can be astounding at first that everyone seemingly knows your name wherever you go in the resort.

Upon checking in, we were informed that we were upgraded to a suite for free! The suite was immaculate -- it had a front room and bathroom, large master bedroom and master bath/closet, as well as a soaker pool and lounge area on the deck.

We got multiple Kifaa massages at the Spa during our stay which were fantastic, especially after all that travel. The highlight of the trip is obviously the location -- we took 2 half-day game drives, a full day game drive, a drive to the Ngorongoro Crater and a drive to the Olduvai Gorge with our guide Jacob. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the wildlife and knew the area very well to take us to see some amazing things (we saw all of the Big 5 and anything else you can think of out there). The land rovers were very comfortable, had several USB outlets to charge our devices, and came stocked with drinks and lunch (for the full-day drives). The wifi at the resort was also excellent, which was impressive considering the location. He took us to a Masai Boma as well, which was very fascinating. One of the days we took a beautiful sunrise Hot Air Balloon Safari. Additionally, one of the evenings the GM Martin invited us to a private dinner in the wine cellar, which was very thoughtful.

Pros:

O hotel é incrível e a equipe é extremamente gentil e hospitaleira. Todos os dias deixam mimos no quarto. O destaque especial vai para piscina com borda infinita e vista para o laguinho onde os animais bebem água.

Paradise on earth - What a phenomenal experience!
Pros:

Our stay at Four Seasons Serengeti Safari Lodge was truly unforgettable. First, what a wonderful location - we saw three of the "Big Five" just on our drive from the airport to the lodge, were able to witness the Great Migration, and had elephants outside of our window!

And what incredible service and facilities. We were celebrating a special occasion, and Four Seasons gave us such a lovely surprise on our big day. But more than that, the Four Seasons team made us feel special every day; they really make every guest feel appreciated and cared for. A special shout-out to Sabrina (who was so helpful in setting up our game drive reservations), Vidya Sagar (Director of Rooms), Martin Cody (General Manager), Bir Kumar (chef), Daniel Malongo (chef), Jailos (service facilities), and many others whose names we cannot remember. Thanks for such a lovely trip. We will remember and cherish it forever!

Pros:

You can't drive to Hotel when coming from International airports, Google stated 4hr drive - when talking to Hotel friendly staff they said the actual drive would take approx 10hr or more. So when booking take in mind you have to fly by air to a Local Air Strip - SEU Serengeti / "Seronera". There is a few companies that do commercial local flight and only fly when daylight outside they DON'T fly at night (Coastal Aviation/Regional Air Services/Auric Air /ZanAir and maybe few more).
