Świetna lokalizacja do wycieczek wzdłuż grani Sudetów. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Bezobsługowy system check-in, check-out. Śniadanie z dużym wyborem potraw. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Bardzo zagubiona obsługa w restauracji - zapominanie o zamówieniach, przynoszenie potraw innych niż zamówione, pozycje w rachunku niezgodne z faktycznym zamówieniem. Ostatecznie wszystko zostało wyjaśnione, ale takie zamieszanie przy każdej wizycie w restauracji jest irytujące.

Obiekt jest wspaniale położony i po solidnym remoncie - pamiętam jeszcze go sprzed zmian - nowoczesny system kontroli dostępu, przepyszne śniadanie, strefa sauen i ćwiczeń dla gości w cenie noclegu, co po długiej wędrówce jest złotem. Sam pokój klimatyczny, z przepięknym widokiem na Śnieżkę oraz lokalnymi akcentami - obraz i opowieści o psiaku :). Doświadczenie znakomite!
