Large rooms, but dated and dirty. Service was mid. Would not stay there again.

Loved my stay here. Quiet but still close to the main road. Check out their monthly rental prices. Extremely inexpensive for the place you’re getting.

Great location, just a short walk from Maya mall and Nimman area.
The only disappointment was a lack of soap/shower gel, a shampoo was there.

등이 너무 어두워요 밤에는 눈이 아픔 책도 못읽을정도. 욕실마개 고장으로 물도안내려가고 호텔쪽에선 교체도 /방도 안바꿔주고 환불도 안해주고 아무보상없이 서비스 엉망임

Great and quiet

I was charged 200 baht for some coffee on a face towel. This was neither communicated to me upon my arrival nor posted anywhere in public view/ room.

This hotel was near from the Maya shopping mall, so it was very convenient and easy to find. But the map of the homepage should be changed,because it was totally different place.

Apartment was great size. Would be good for two families or a large family. Full kitchen. Great for extended stays.

We had the pleasure of stopping here for 3 weeks in March 2015, and can highly recommend this hotel.
Staff where friendly, the room was spacious and kept immaculately clean by 3 maids who came in every single day of our stay.
Location is set off the main road in what is more like a small authentic Thailand village, which cuts down all the noise from the main road.
We found it a great place to explore Chiang Mai.
We would definitely stay here again and hope our review will help someone to choose this hotel if they are looking for somewhere to stop in this beautiful city.

It's a nice place . It's a apartment to on the top floors, not a hotel really. No English at front desk at all, but they try.

Good clean place to stay . Easy to get to everywhere. Close to airport. Very close to airport. Lol. Stay and you'll understand.

Great serviced apartment style hotel, Excellent service and very comfortable & clean. Only slight down side is you really need to hire a moto to get around as it's quite a long walk from most places.

A very nice hotel. Unfortunately our stay was marred by a late-night phone call from the front desk asking if we were still in the room. When I went downstairs to clarify why we had been awoken from sleep for this matter a misunderstanding ensued in which I was cursed at (in language I can't print here) and threatened by the friend of the desk clerk who had been enlisted to help translate - bizarre. When I eventually spoke to the general manager of the hotel and brought this to her attention, the only consolation I was offered besides an apology was a 10% discount on the night's stay. Wish I could write a better review because this really is a nice place, but this run-in with the night staff really ruined the experience for me.

We stayed for two nights and were really pleased with this hotel. The family room was huge - an apartment, really. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room. Spotlessly clean, great air conditioner. Excellent front desk service. We got to check in early, they ordered a taxi for us for the next day and they ordered a pizza for delivery too. We really loved this hotel and would've stayed longer. It was a great deal too.
