Pros:

The stuff is not very friendly. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner did not work. I asked the stuff to make it work. First they said that I shall open the window for fresh air. Then they said that I have to walk downstairs and ask for the remote control for a/c.
The swimming pool is very small and is open for free only from 7 AM till 11 AM. There are other nicer hotels for the same price with better hours of the pool and sauna.

На ресепшене встречают два унылых чувака, которые от лени даже отказываются включить телевизор для просмотра Лиги чемпионов. Заставили прождать около 20 минут, в то время как сами делали ксерокопии всех страниц моего паспорта. Зачем это нужно – объяснить отказались. Понравился скромный аккуратный завтрак в утром в ресторане. В остальном всё хорошо.

Хороший чистой отель, оправдывающий свою цену
Pros:

Пользуюсь услугами данного отеля в третий раз.
Исключительно для ночевки при проезде транзитом на автомобиле через Ростов.
Завтраки хорошие. В номере есть всё необходимое, и даже больше.

The recetionists (all) were not friendly.
The shower is not comfortable.

Неожиданно для небольшого города.
Pros:

Мы испробовали много отелей в Ростове-на-Дону и из тех что мы были этот самый лучший. В целом тихое место нет оживлённой трассы и неожиданно уютно внутри. В ванной комнате есть практически всё. Там лежат и бритвенные принадлежности и все "прибамбасы" для принятия душа. Даже мочалка есть!
В целом прекрасное впечатление об этом отеле. Может только выбор завтраков скудноват.

Flotte værelser og høj kvalitet
Pros:

Et meget vedligeholdt og pænt hotel, flotte værelser med aircon og senge i god kvalitet. Badeværelset et flot og absolut rent, har alle de toilet-artikler man kan have brug for når man rejser. Hotellet ligger i et stille område i gå-afstand til diverse spisesteder og morgenmaden som bliver lavet individuelt efter menu-kortet dækker forskellige behov.

Нормальный отель, расположен недалеко от центра, имеет парковку. Номера чистые, светлые, оборудованы всем необходимым. Завтраки конечно до уровня отеля 4 звезд не дотягивают.

Pros:

The hotel is situated in quiet place, but nearest tram might makes some noise during the day. There is no elevator for threefloors building. Staff is friendly and helpful.
